A product I will NEVER stop buying after this. As a Lyko influencer tester, I get the chance to try products and then give you, as usual, an honest review. So much fun! And extra fun when it becomes a product that has been missing in my hair routine. This has honestly given my hair a new life. Giving my hair a serum filled with moisture means I wake up every morning with vibrant hair. I honestly don't think I'll ever stop using this serum? It's so good that I find it hard to see how I could live without it. If you need moisture and are only going to buy 1 product, buy this!! Strong perfume and makes hair greasy
I really wanted to like this and join in on others' praise for this product… but unfortunately, I don't like it at all. 1. The scent is too strong, intense, and lasts until the next day and beyond if you don't wash your hair. OK, I thought, I'll survive it if it's otherwise a good product. 2. The hair became shiny right away. Looked promising! I felt like it quickly absorbed into the hair. 3. The morning after, the freshly washed hair from the night before feels greasy and oily as if I had spray and other products in my hair (a feeling I don't like). 4. The hair became rough and tangled more easily. Soften my hair
I hate it because it really works and now I have to buy it again. It soften my dry-thick hair and it smells amazing. I can see the difference after using it for a few times. I've tried five different expensive Kerastase products and this is the only one that's really worth the price. The difference is noticeable right from the first use (like k18) and the jar lasts longer. I use it at night or during the day before I go out and the curls look so good all night/day! It doesn't weigh the hair down or make it greasy, smells good, not too strong. Amazing!
My hair is fine but quite dense, long and very dry on mids to ends. And the most annoying issue is that the ends get tangled all the time. This serum actually helped on the first try! It made my hair smoother, softer and less tangled. I read the reviews here and some people mentioned too strong of a scent, but I personally don’t have anything bad to say about it. My absolute favorite product
I have tested Kérastase's Magic Night Serum for curly hair for a month and it has become my absolute favorite product. Previously, I tried using a bit of oil in my hair but it makes the hair greasy and heavy. This serum smells fantastic, for starters. I used 2-3 pumps in the evening and distributed it first in my palms before I ran it through my hair. In fact, I also use it in the morning but only 1-2 pumps. It leaves my hair more well-groomed and without the annoying frizz. It neither weighs down nor makes the hair greasy, and it just smells good. It gets my warmest recommendation. Is the nutritive serum worth it?
I have been using the Nutritive serum daily for 4 weeks, and I must say that I am positively surprised by the results. Already after the first couple of weeks of use, I could notice a clear difference. The serum feels light and absorbs quickly, without leaving a greasy or heavy feeling. It has been easy to integrate into my daily routine, and a small amount has been sufficient, making the product last longer. After 4 weeks, I experience that the area where I have used the serum feels more nourished, softer, and healthier. I have especially noticed that dryness has been reduced, and the surface generally appears smoother and well-groomed. The product provides a feeling of long-lasting moisture and care rather than just a temporary effect. A big plus is that the serum has not irritated my skin/hair (adjust as needed), which makes it suitable for daily use – even if you are a bit sensitive. Softer and less frizzy hair in 4 weeks!
I have tested this serum overnight for four weeks and am really positively surprised! My hair is noticeably less frizzy, with fewer antennas sticking out, without leaving a greasy film. It doesn't get greasier overnight than it was the night before. Plus, it smells really good! I think that if I use this for a longer time, I can wait longer to get a haircut and eventually be able to grow my hair longer! Since the hair is less frizzy, it also doesn't break as easily when brushing. I've used about half the bottle in a month. Overall an okay product
I have curly hair and have been using this night serum for 4 weeks. It provides nice softness in the lengths, and my hair feels shinier in the morning. It also helps a bit with frizz, and the ends feel less dry. The consistency is creamy and easy to distribute in the hair before bedtime. Cons: The scent is quite strong and very perfumed. While some might call it luxurious, I find it can be a bit overwhelming – especially when you have to sleep with it all night. Additionally, the product is not Curly Girl method friendly, as it contains silicones. I also experienced that if I used a bit too much, my curls could feel a bit heavy the next day. Given the price, I might have expected a lighter formula. Overall an okay product, but not a clear favorite for my curly hair. In collaboration with Smartson, I got to test this product for free. The serum in the pump bottle has a perfect consistency and is easy to apply if you ask me. I have thin hair, and 2 doses as recommended by the product felt good and didn't weigh my hair down. No greasy feeling afterwards, but rather more moisturized.
