That the product differs drastically from when you previously bought it in smaller packaging. That this one instead is like diluted/watery in its consistency, therefore it requires an incredible amount of product to get the hair clean. As someone from Lyko previously answered, it could be due to the product having been exposed to temperature influence, like it got warm and thereby in my opinion destroyed!? Could this have happened during transport to you? Can you get your money back if you dare to take the chance and buy this again but once again get the same destroyed batch?1663 views

Unfortunately, it turned out to be too good to be true... The shampoo is completely watered down compared to the 250ml version, and for me, having somewhat long hair, it is very difficult to distribute it in my hair, because it just disappears in my hands. You end up using 3-4 times more shampoo than a 250ml package. I strongly doubt that it is like this because it is a pump bottle, as the conditioner has the same consistency as the smaller package.
