I think the color wasn't the best since it all came off pretty quickly and you had to have several layers for the color to cover, which felt like it became a bit too thick. Probably that's why the color came off unusually quickly on me. Otherwise, it was very easy to apply, and you didn't have to worry about getting too much color on the edges of the nails. The gel polish is quick-drying, so I will use the top coat frequently. But it was really fun to have the chance to be a test person via smartson.

The polish has a perfect consistency, liquid enough to spread easily, but still thick enough to control well. It spreads in an even layer that hardens quickly. The color is incredibly beautiful - it requires two coats for a nice result, but that's not a problem since it hardens so quickly. On my nails, it lasts up to 10 days when there is a top coat on. There is no particular smell, which makes it very pleasant to apply. It requires a bit of soaking to remove all the polish again.

I had the opportunity to participate as a test pilot via Smartson and got to try this nail polish plus topcoat from Essie for free! 💖 I really love the color and consistency of the polish! The polish is relatively thick, which I prefer. The color feels luxurious and gives a lot of color right away. With 2 coats, it is completely opaque and really dark red; if you use one coat, it becomes more cerise in color but still pretty. The topcoat gives a fantastic shine and it looks almost salon-finished! I've received many compliments for both the gloss and the color of the polish. I've really put the polish to the test, partly at work where I unpack a lot of goods (I work in retail), so many boxes get ripped open every day. One week at work without gloves, so it wore off faster and lasted about a week. At most, it lasted 2 weeks, one of which was on vacation with a bit less wear on the nails. A small downside is that the nails became a bit discolored after removing the polish; they turned slightly orange. But if you use a base coat, that problem is solved! I will definitely buy more gel polishes and use them again! (In the pictures, the polish has been on for 5 days!)

Gives all nail polishes a lift I also got this top coat via smartson, but I had actually used it before. It worked great with Essie's nail polishes in the same line, but I also use it with other nail polishes and think it works excellently! It makes the colors clearer, it's the gel experience in it. If the nail polish has accidentally gotten some damage before applying the top coat (sometimes you touch something, for example, before it's completely dry, the color is still there but wrinkled), this is an excellent top coat as the damage is not visible at all.
