If your hair is thin and damaged, buy!

Does the hair get greasy?
My hairdresser recommended Head & Heal when I previously had problems with my scalp. I no longer have the same problems, and when I read reviews, I get a bit worried that my hair will get greasy / my scalp will get oily. I don't want to have to wash my hair so often. Help with which series I should choose
I have a very irritated scalp that doesn't flake but it itches very easily, I have fine and slightly wavy hair that is quite frizzy but if I use something that is very heavy it gets greasy but if I use something very light it gets mega frizzy I can't tolerate Kerastase which Maria Nila series would you recommend for me?
