    I really liked this!

I was so lucky to get to test this mascara from Milk Makeup as #LYKOINFLUTESTER. I am 34 years old, have naturally short and thin lashes, which are not particularly long. And usually need a waterproof mascara to keep the curl on my lashes all day 🥲 ..but lately I have really opened my eyes to tubing mascaras. So I was so happy when I saw that this mascara from Milk Makeup was a tubing mascara. This means it stays put all day, but is super easy to remove with warm water. You can just pull the mascara off your lashes in "tubes". Without makeup remover! 👏🏻 The first impression of this mascara is that it is a perfectly okay, modern tube. Nothing special really 😅 The brush is just how I like it on mascaras; a straight, silicone brush. I also always use an eyelash curler before applying mascara, as my lashes naturally stick straight out 😏 The mascara separates, gives volume AND length. Easy to work with, if you work quickly. It is definitely something to keep in mind when using a tubing mascara; they dry incredibly fast. If you want to build it up with multiple layers, LAYERS 1 and 2 MUST be applied "at the same time", without pause. So you have to finish working on one eye before you start applying on the other eye. You can't go back to work on the first eye once the mascara has dried, it won't look nice. Then the lashes will clump together and look like spider eyes. But if you do it right - this mascara is gold! 🤩 Love the color, it is really black black 🖤 It holds the curl on my lashes all day, and neither flakes nor smudges on my eyelids. But the best part is how easy it is to wash off. Especially in the shower, with your face under warm water. Then the mascara runs off in tubes, so you don't look like a panda when you come out of the shower. All mascara is gone! 💦 Absolutely a fantastic tubing mascara! 😍 The price is the only thing that brings it down to 4 stars. Since there are many good tubing mascaras on the market for a much more reasonable price. But maybe the price is high because it contains Milk Makeup's "revolutionary vegan High Roll Tubing Technology and nourishing hemp seed oil"? It will be exciting to see if I notice any difference in my lashes after using this for a while ☺️ Can absolutely recommend as I liked it very much! ❤️ #MILKMAKEUP

First top but then it became bottom!

My lashes are quite ordinary, not so long, and I would like a mascara that makes them long and extra pretty. At the same time, I want nice lashes that don't get too thick. I started using the mascara two weeks after I bought it at the beginning of August. I was so pleasantly surprised that the brush made it easy to apply the creamy mascara and get nice and pretty long lashes, and it stayed on well. I didn't use the mascara every day but also used other mascaras during the same period. But if I wanted to look extra nice and have black pretty lashes, this was the mascara that counted, it was a sure thing! But it couldn't be used longer than a maximum of one and a half months because suddenly the lashes didn't look nice anymore with the mascara. It became clumpy and crumbly on the lashes. Impossible to achieve the nice result anymore, and when I continued to struggle a few more times, it just became more crumbs and clumps on the lashes. I eventually gave up trying to use it completely. So surprised and will absolutely not buy this mascara with extremely short durability again. It reminds me a lot of the Lancome mascaras Hypnose and Idole when it was brilliant at first but quickly became a disaster on my lashes! #Lykoreview

    Very satisfied

After trying many different mascaras over the past few years, I always return to my old favorite. Therefore, I was very excited to try this - and I must say it delivered! I usually use both serum and get lash lifts, but I've taken a break now and feel that my lashes haven't been much to brag about lately. But after applying this, my lashes became super nice and I love the result! The packaging is also very pretty ✨ The only downside from my side is that I feel it might weigh the lashes down a bit, making them ‘fall’ faster. #lykoinflutester #milkmakeup

    Works

I got to test this mascara from #Milkmakeup as a #lykoinflutester. My lashes are medium length and have a bit of natural curl. I usually wear false lashes, so it was definitely fun to try this for a little change! I often have problems with mascaras flaking, but not with this one. That was a plus. It also had a nice black color and stayed on all day. The packaging itself was incredibly pretty and really looked luxurious. The mascara was also easy to wash off since it’s a tubing mascara, which I love. For this price, though, it’s not something I would buy again. I think it’s a bit of a hefty price for a mascara that doesn’t stand out particularly. Had it been on sale, though, it’s definitely something I would have bought! #lykoreview

    Laboriously Crafted Brush

As a #lykoinflutester, I had the honor of trying this mascara from #milkmakeup ✨ This was a relatively good mascara in my opinion, however, I have many lashes that grow close together, and that makes brushes with few/"stiff" bristles easily clump my lashes together. Unfortunately, I experienced this with this one as well, and many other newer mascaras on the market today. Aside from that, I thought it did what it promised, namely provided volume and length. It was easy to wash off, I didn’t need to rub particularly many times, which also means that my eyes don’t get as irritated = great! I also found it creamy and easy to apply in general, it didn’t take many strokes with the brush to feel that the lashes were "saturated". All in all, not a product for me, but absolutely for someone with a different type of lashes and who usually enjoys the results from a mascara brush with short bristles!

Hey Diana! 🤗 Thank you so much for your review and for taking the time to share your experiences with the mascara 🤍 Mascara brushes can really work differently depending on the type of lashes, but it's lovely that it still provided good volume and length! 😍 I hope you find a mascara that fits your lashes perfectly! 🌟 Take care and have a really nice day!

    Very easy to wash off

I have tried this mascara from Milk and I really like it! The brush has short and hard bristles that make it very easy to apply the mascara. Without much effort, the result is even and nice without clumps. The lashes become long, black, and nicely separated. Unfortunately, the lashes fall down very quickly after application. Even though I curl them beforehand, it only takes a minute before the lashes "fall down" and point straight out after I have applied the mascara. However, this doesn't necessarily mean that this weighs down the lashes, as it is a recurring problem for me with other mascaras as well. What stands out the most about this is how easy it is to wash off. With warm water, it really rolls off the lashes. I don't get black around my eyes like I usually do despite endless rubbing. It must be gentle on the lashes, but also nice to avoid waking up with black clumps in the corners of my eyes the next day. However, I did get a bit irritated in my eyes from the mascara. That it is so easy to wash off does not mean that there is a compromise on durability. It doesn't flake at all and holds well. Additionally, it is buildable if you want thicker lashes. #LYKOINFLUTESTER #MILKMAKEUP

    Volume and Length

I had the opportunity to test the Milk Makeup Kush High Roll Mascara 💗 A mascara that gives both volume and length, which is awesome! I really think it does what it promises, and it can be built up if you want a more intense result. What I appreciate the most is that it can be removed with warm water. I otherwise find that mascaras can be very hard to remove, but that’s not the case with this one. The only thing I think is a bit negative is that it has a very wet formula that makes it take a little while to dry on the lashes. Otherwise, it separates the lashes and lasts all day! 🥰 #LYKOINFLUTESTER #MILKMAKEUP

  • Kush high roll mascara

I love the brush on this mascara! It gives length and volume, so it checks off most of what you could wish for from a mascara. I have pretty long, but thin eyelashes without any curl. I'm dependent on an eyelash curler and a good volume mascara that keeps them up all day. This one does the job. I've used it at work, during workouts, and swimming, and I rarely experience it smudging. Big plus! The only downside is that it can get clumpy quickly if you try to apply more throughout the day, but since it's so long-lasting, I've only done that once. #lykoinflutester #milkmakeup

Clumps easily and becomes like 'spider legs' 😣

I have the honor of testing the kush-high roll mascara from #MILKMAKEUP as a #LYKOINFLUTESTER. 👱🏼‍♀️Me as a tester: I prefer regular lash brushes, not silicone. However, I do like the sky-high mascara with a silicone brush, for example. 🌟 product: A mascara that is supposed to provide volume and length. Water-resistant and smudge-free for up to 24 hours. 📝my opinion: A brush that evenly distributes the mascara without becoming excessive on the brush. However, it tends to clump several lashes together. In my opinion, it easily becomes very similar to typical 'spider legs'. I want volume and length, but I want the brush to evenly distribute the mascara without clumping several strands into one big strand in multiple places. I want it to give volume to each lash for a finer result (in my opinion). I find the product difficult to try to separate the strands if, for example, I am not satisfied that it clumps so many strands into several clumps. And the more you try to separate the lashes, the heavier the layers become on already existing clumped strands. I don't think it provides much result in building length, rather more that it builds up and forms so-called 'spider legs'. What I like is that it really keeps the mascara in place all day. It stays like a rock. Doesn't flake at all. Even in contact with water, it holds incredibly well. Additionally, it is very easy to remove with an eye makeup remover, for being a water-resistant product and also for holding so well all day. Here I would actually say that it is the easiest water-resistant mascara I have tested to remove. It has also been a long time since I tested a mascara that hasn't flaked/given a black layer under the eye for a whole day. I am somewhat torn about whether I would buy it again. Most likely not, since I don't like how it clumps several sections of lashes together and becomes so incredibly clumpy, in my opinion.

I thought it turned out really nice on you! 🤩 But I completely agree with what you’re saying. You definitely don’t want a mascara to clump the lashes together.

Sits well, but a bit difficult to work with

I naturally have quite long lashes, so I was very excited to test this mascara from Milk that is supposed to provide both length and volume. The brush looks good at first glance, has a good length on the bristles, and has a pointed tip that makes it easy to get into the corners 👀 The formula is quite thick. I couldn't apply more than one coat before I found it difficult to work with without getting clumpy. It provides good volume, but I feel it clumps my lashes together more into fewer lashes, making it look more «spidery» than I like. It's a bit difficult to get the product on evenly. However, it holds very well and doesn't smudge like I've experienced. The curl also held up well! The mascara was also very easy to remove, which is nice. All in all, a pretty decent mascara, but you have to spend a bit of time to get it looking nice. I don't always have time for that in the morning, so I probably won't repurchase. #lykoinflutester #milkmakeup

    Nice, but flakes 😭

A little about me: I have sensitive eyes and quite stiff lashes that point very straight out. I don’t curl them as I haven’t yet gotten a straightener that reaches my lashes. What I look for in a mascara is both volume and length, but primarily length. Both the box the mascara comes in and the tube have a really premium feel! The mascara tube has a dark gray chrome finish with raised letters. This looks nice in the makeup drawer or in the bag. Super easy to apply, it has a very thin consistency so you have to work a bit to distribute it on all the lashes. The first coat didn’t give much effect, I think, I ended up using two coats with this. That’s pretty much what I do with most mascaras, with a few exceptions. It dried quickly, so it didn’t take long before I could put on layer 2. This mascara doesn’t give any wow effect, out of the mascaras I’ve used, this one is kind of middle of the road on the wow factor. My sensitive eyes had no issues using this. If you’re not used to tubing mascara, the removal will shock you, it certainly did for me. I rubbed my eyes twice with an oil cleanser without this budging. I found that a combination of rolling the lashes and rubbing with oil cleanser got the product off. So I guess this lasts through the worst you might expose it to. Once you get used to the removal process, I found this easier to remove than other mascaras! I’m reasonably satisfied with the volume, but it disappoints a bit on the length. Unlike other mascaras I have, this one had a tendency to clump the lashes together. This may be due to the brush on the mascara, the brush had quite short "spikes" on the end, so it wasn’t the easiest brush to work with. To sum up: Overall a good mascara with few points of criticism, these I could generally live with and could have given this top marks. All products are different and are experienced accordingly. But, there is a BIG but. For me, this flaked, some days a lot, other days less. No matter what I did in terms of prep around the eyes, this flaked. It should be said that to its credit, I didn’t experience it smudging anything over or under the eyes at all, and when it did flake, it was very easy to remove with nothing more than a dry tissue. If I have to choose between a mascara that smudges or flakes, I definitely choose flaking, but I would have preferred if it didn’t flake at all. LYKOINFLUTESTER MILKMAKEUP

SEPARATES BEAUTIFULLY, GIVES VOLUME & LASTS ALL DAY

Mascara is something I don't use on a daily basis since I do lash lifts and dye my lashes. Right now, I need to redo my lash lift as you can see, which may have affected the result. BUT, does it give a very nice result? Many mascaras that have been my favorites don't sit well on my lash lift and usually give a worse result than if I had nothing on. But I still think this one gives me longer lashes, more fullness, and the best part. It does NOT flake under the eyes!! It was also easy to wash off and held the same result after an 8-hour workday! I also like this type of brush, and it was easy to apply, and the whole mascara overall feels luxurious! It's not entirely fair since I have a lash lift on, but as always, I want to be completely transparent with you 🫶🏼 But despite that, it gives length to my lashes and not a bunch of clumps. It also separates the lashes beautifully! So if you're looking for that, I absolutely think you should try this! 🩷 #LYKOINFLUTESTER #MILKMAKEUP
