Don't understand the hype
Got this as a gift and was so excited after all the good things everyone has said about it. But I don't like it at all. It doesn't fully dry down and feels sticky and rough on the skin, and I don't feel particularly hydrated in my face. Sooooo disappointed. I am a bit torn with this. I enjoy it. It is different from other toners I have tried. The consistency is like a very watered down gel.
