      Hey Sandra! Great for hydration for sensitive skin, but no, it doesn't cleanse if you pat it in. If you want something that cleanses, micellar water is the best to use on a cotton pad (which you can combine with other cleansers you mentioned). Otherwise, you should take this on a pad and swipe it over your skin to get a bit more cleansing effect, and then possibly take a bit more and pat it in if you want more hydrating effect 💧 Take care!

    I am a bit torn with this. I enjoy it. It is different from other toners I have tried. The consistency is like a very watered down gel. I know it's a toner but I still use it after a hydrating toner and layer it twice. Very nice fresh and moisturized feeling.

Use:
