What does this actually do?
I thought it would perk up tired eyes, but it did absolutely nothing… I stopped using it because it dried out my skin and my skin became sore and tender. You can also lightly stroke under the brow bone, but avoid the movable part of the eyelid and the lash line. The serum can be used in the morning and/or evening, a little goes a long way! I have previously used a bottle of this, and I haven't noticed any difference whatsoever.
