First impression: The jar is so clean that you almost want to put it on a pedestal and just say “This? Oh, it’s handmade by angels and fermented rice water.” The consistency? Like whipped cream mixed with silk and a promise of eternal youth. The scent? Mild, elegant, and expensive enough to trick your skin into thinking you have a whole skincare team employed. And the result? Feels light on, which is good… But, I think it doesn't do much for me and doesn't provide enough moisture even though I use toner, serum, and eye cream.

So disappointed
After switching out almost my entire skincare routine to BoJ, I was really excited to try this cream... and oh how disappointed I became! I've tried it a few times now, and no matter the dosage, it sits on the skin like a film that refuses to sink in (and thus doesn't hydrate significantly either). It also clogs the pores. I will probably stick to the Red Bean Water Gel from the same brand and layer with extra serum during the winter months instead. But the packaging is incredibly classy, and for those whose skin it works on, it is very economical and lasts a long time.

Loved the cream. Sinks in perfectly and hydrates. But I have a recurring problem and that is that I get red. I also get very red from the same brand's glow serum. I think I might be sensitive to niacinamides?

Both the Dynasty Cream and Glow Serum contain niacinamide, and while it’s a fantastic ingredient for many, it can in some cases cause redness or irritation – especially with sensitive skin or at high concentrations 😌 We recommend that you: - Pause usage for a while and let your skin recover - Test a small amount of product behind your ear or on your jawline before continuing - Keep an eye out for products without niacinamide if you suspect it’s the culprit All the best and good luck!
