When Loreal Unbelieva'brow changed colors in their product, and no matter how hard I tried to find someone who had the original color left, it was to no avail. The product was at its end, and in panic over what to do, I went so far as to contact Loreal itself to ask if they had any old stock I could buy, but no luck. Ordered from sites that said the color, but when I received it in the mail, I got «the new one». Added a picture at the end to show how FAR off they were from being «the closest color». I contacted Lyko - unfortunately can't find the email and what her name was, BUT she worked under Lyko and found a couple of products that looked similar in color, and I gave this a chance, and HOW grateful I am! I almost wonder if this is even better than Loreal's! so thank you so much for the lovely customer service🤌🏼 really saved me. At first, I was skeptical since this is more liquid in consistency, so it took a bit of time to get used to how to apply the product. Like Loreal's, I used a different brush than the one that came with it, as it helped me achieve the result I was looking for. Unfortunately, my old one got damaged around the same time, so I had to order a new one and ended up with the Sigma winged liner brush and am also super satisfied with it - wrote a review on that too🤖🏼 I also use the product together with W7 eyebrow gel, which I apply first to help the illusion of a lifted look and bigger brows. The color match was perfect!🤍 ash brown is the perfect brown shade but not too dark and cool (not warm). I am naturally ash blonde and hate when brow products are too warm in color because then it doesn't look natural, which becomes problematic since natural is something I like. But the product can be built up more dramatically if desired. This doesn't come with any extra applicator other than the two that are on it, for me with little hair I prefer to use a liner brush to create more illusion of hair strands. But for people with thicker brows or who want a different result, it might be enough. A very important thing to note is that the brows stay put like a shot ✌🏼🤌🏼 Price-wise, it's even cheaper than Loreal's! the only thing is that Loreal's has an impression of a bit more luxury design-wise, but I love how little space Nyx's takes! So Nyx wins on many points. 🤖 In terms of content, this is 2 ml, while Loreal's is 3.4 ml. When I used Loreal's, I used it for a year before I needed a new one. At New Year's, I had to find a replacement and ended up with this in mid-January. With Nyx's, I just bought a new one, so I would say you probably have to buy 2 each year? At least in my case. In short: + the product (stays like a shot) + the color + the price + the packaging (small size, takes up little space, easy to travel with) - the design (Loreal's looks a bit more expensive, but again much heavier and larger in size) I can only conclude with nothing but to say that this is one of the best brow products I have ever tried! and a clear new favorite🤩 #lykoreview #kundeservice
