Simple and budget-friendly
The product is supposed to work both as heat protection and a conditioning spray, and is said to combat frizz, add shine, and volume. Regarding volume, unfortunately, I didn’t notice much difference. I maybe felt it helped a bit against frizz, but my hair was still somewhat frizzy after using a straightener. At the same time, this is something I often struggle with regardless of products, so it doesn’t necessarily have to be the spray’s fault. I might choose other products to achieve volume or control frizz, but since this is primarily a heat-protective spray, I judge it as such. The heat-protective effect is naturally hard to measure directly, so I almost have to trust that the product does its job 🫶🏻 I think the spray works best when used on damp hair before blow-drying and then styling with a straightener. On dry hair, I found it could feel a bit sticky, which lowers the experience a bit. The scent is a bit hard to define, but it’s somewhat sweet, not overwhelmingly sweet, but something to be aware of. Incredibly good for this price!
First of all, the price of this straightener is really good – a budget-friendly alternative compared to, for example, GHD, which I would usually use. The straightener heats up very quickly. The first time I used it, I actually didn’t notice it had temperature control, and then I didn’t feel it did much for my hair. But when I later turned the temperature up to max, it worked perfectly and straightened my quite thick and wavy hair effectively and quickly. The only downside for me is that it’s not as good at making curls or waves as, for example, GHD. That’s why I’m deducting one star 🌟 For pure hair straightening, however, this works very well. I also have to point out that the design is beautiful. Good for keeping makeup on
I usually don't use primer, so it's good to keep that in mind when considering this product. I've tested it both alone and under makeup, but unfortunately, I don't notice any big difference when it comes to plumping the skin. I also don't feel that the product provides much moisture to the skin. However, the makeup stays really nice throughout the day 🌟 The product absorbs quickly into the skin and feels quite light, and it's a big plus that the primer is vegan. Instant Glow
I really like this💗 The product gives an instant glow and can easily be used alone on days when I just want to look a bit fresher without applying full makeup. The product gives me a slightly tanner tone than I actually have, especially in the winter months, so I could probably enjoy a lighter variant more. I prefer to apply it only with my fingers, which I prefer, and it is very easy to work with. It sits nicely on the skin and feels lighter than foundation. No Hold
This mascara comes with a thin brush, which was a bit unusual for me as I usually prefer a thicker one. At the same time, it’s very nice for getting along the lower lash line, which is definitely a plus – even though I personally rarely use makeup under my eyes 🌟 The lashes became long and pretty right away, but unfortunately, I experienced that they "collapsed" a bit after a short time 🥲 I’m quite picky when it comes to mascara and want it to hold the shape I give the lashes with an eyelash curler. Home Spa at a High Level, but Unsure About Skin Improvements
I have been curious about LED masks ever since a friend tried to get me to test a model last year. At that time, I didn’t let myself be persuaded, but now I have been able to try the Silk’n LED Face Mask 100 for several weeks. I have always been a bit skeptical about using light and heat directly on my skin at home, so I read the instructions carefully. The manual clearly explains how to use the mask, and I gradually increased the time in line with the recommendations 🌟 It is very convenient that you can choose either the auto function or manually select the four different lights/functions. The different lights have different purposes, and this is well explained in the manual – the mask is generally very user-friendly 💗 My skin gets a bit warm and red after use. This calms down quickly, and you get used to it, but at first, it was a bit uncomfortable. The biggest downside for me is that I don’t like masks that fit tightly around the eyes – I get a bit of a claustrophobic feeling for some reason. Therefore, I think the eye area of the mask is a small downside 👀 Otherwise, the mask is made of soft silicone, which is comfortable, and the mask is relatively easy to secure with Velcro straps. The product definitely gives a luxury feel and is perfect for home spa. When it comes to visible results, I am more unsure. I don’t have major skin challenges beforehand, apart from a few visible pores in the T-zone and some dryness. I can’t say that I have seen very visible improvements in my skin, hence three stars. Surprisingly good cleanser
Amazing Deep Mint Cleansing Balm smells lovely and has a unique, slightly dry consistency that activates with water. The first few times it felt a bit hard, but after the top layer in the jar was used, the consistency became much softer – and better! 🫶🏻 Even though I haven't tested it on waterproof mascara yet, which they actually promise works, it works really well as a pleasant facial cleanser. Not quite fulfilling yet
Pore Shrinker Bakuchiol Cream is supposed to help reduce pores, and I had pretty high expectations, especially that the product would minimize my pores on my nose. So far, unfortunately, I haven't seen the pores become less visible, and I've unfortunately gotten some unusual pimples on my nose during the testing period. I usually don't get this many pimples, but right now I've gotten three of them. I don't know if it's due to the product or hormones, so I will continue to test a bit longer before I conclude 100%! I've mostly used it as a night cream and let it be the last step in my routine. I've liked the other products from Mamonde, so it's clear that these are quality products.
