Very nutritive product for my skin

Unfortunately not so good…
I thought it was really fun to try Cool Derma. I had seen the brand but never tried anything at all. But unfortunately, the face mask was not good. I have normal to dry skin. I am 47 years old and have quite a few signs of aging. But that’s not the focus in this case. But wrinkles do become more prominent if the skin is dry. Cool Derma promises "quite a lot" as properties in their face mask. But the result is missing. The packaging is handy though! Tube with flip-top lid is always easy to handle. I usually apply face masks with a spatula. But the formula/consistency of the face mask is so very loose that it doesn’t work. It slips off the spatula and ends up in the sink instead. The mask contains oats as described. And that’s also what it smells like. It doesn’t bother me much that it doesn’t smell like perfume or flowers or anything. The oat scent makes it feel a bit healthy/organic. But it actually doesn’t do anything for my skin. Not at all. And for nearly 500 SEK, you’d think it should deliver. Moisturizing Face Mask🤍
I’ve been so lucky to test Cool Derma Company’s “Arctic berry Hydro-Recovery Nourishing” face mask🫧🧖♀️ PERFECT for when you need a little relaxation and a small refresh for your skin🤍. This face mask leaves the skin incredibly fresh and soft! I have to say I’m very pleased. Good basic moisturizing mask for the face
The product feels moisturizing on the skin for a long time, even though the texture is thinner than what I’m usually used to in moisturizing face masks. The texture makes the cream pleasant to apply on the skin, but I have often accidentally applied too much product, as it easily comes out too much from the packaging. The product is fragrance-free, but for me, the product’s own scent is not very pleasant. The scent does fade from the skin once the product has fully absorbed. The mask/cream has, however, been a very welcome addition to my skincare routine towards the end of spring, so the slightly unpleasant scent to my nose is a small drawback. Completely okay, but not necessary
I got to test this product as a Lyko influtester 🫶🏼 First a bit about me: 41 years old, very fond of and focused on good skincare, normal to dry skin. Face masks are not something I use much, so I was excited when I got the chance to test this and incorporate it into my routine. Since it is aimed at normal to dry skin, I thought it would be perfect for me. The tube is okay and it’s easy to get the product out. It doesn’t really remind me of a face mask; it has the consistency of a light cream, so I just spread on a thick layer and waited for it to absorb. It stays a bit like a layer on the skin (especially since I applied a lot to get the effect of a mask) and I let it work for about 20 minutes. I used a damp cloth to wipe it off, but it actually just felt like wiping off a thin layer of moisturizer. I’ve used it maybe 6 times over the past weeks and don’t notice any big difference in my skin. It’s as if it’s not effective enough, that it doesn’t penetrate deep enough into the skin to make a difference. At least it doesn’t provide enough moisture to skip the cream after removing it. For me, it’s an unnecessary step in the routine, but if you’re looking for a light mask to freshen up a bit, or you have normal skin that doesn’t require anything extra, maybe this is what you’re looking for 🤩 #lykoinflutester #coolderma22 views - The user's roll: Lyko Creator. Moisturizes well!
I've tried this mask several times and think it’s perfect when the skin feels dry and tight or needs a little extra moisture. 💙 It has a creamy texture that feels nice on the skin and leaves the face soft and hydrated after use. I also like that it can be used both as a classic mask and as an overnight mask when the skin needs extra moisture. ➕️ Provides lots of moisture and makes the skin soft ➕️ Soothes and feels comfortable on sensitive skin ➕️ Can be used as an overnight mask ➕️ Skin feels more plumped and recovered the next day ❌ Takes a while to absorb if you use a thicker layer ❌ Mainly provides moisture and nourishment, but no direct wow effect ❌ Expensive, feels a bit pricey for what it does. Super moisturizing
As an influencer test, I have had the opportunity to try this mask for a few weeks 🎉 I think it is absolutely lovely! I have used it 2-3 times a week and it has given my skin a beautiful glow after use. Gets soft skin, but nothing more
I am 31 years old, have very dry skin, not sensitive. Tested this mask for the first time when I had extremely dehydrated skin after a day with a lot of alcohol and little water. The packaging – it’s not particularly nice in my opinion, but I don’t care that much. The first thing I notice when applying the product is the quite runny consistency – which was unexpected. I don’t know if this is negative for a mask or if it’s just me being used to masks having a thicker consistency. If anything, it made it a bit more awkward to apply. I was also unsure how much product I should use, and whether it’s meant to be visible on the skin or not. You have to apply a lot if it’s supposed to form a visible layer, and that’s also hard to achieve because it starts to run. I ended up applying as much as I could. After about 5 minutes, everything had absorbed (or dried, a bit unsure). I don’t know if it’s positive or negative that it happens so fast, but it doesn’t feel like it’s worth leaving it on overnight, for example. The skin felt very soft and nice afterwards. I rinsed my face after 2 hours and would definitely say the skin seemed less dry than before I used the mask. Nothing to complain about the scent, it’s mild and pleasant. I rate this as an okay+ product, where the high price and runny consistency bring it down. Promises too much 😮💨
I want to start by saying that I like the face mask, it gives radiance and the skin feels smooth after use, it stings a bit at the beginning of application, I don't know why but it's not something I exactly dislike, however it means that my skin reacts to something in the mask. Otherwise, it feels very gentle! I have used it about two evenings a week and think it is a nice product, it contains vitamins and avocado oil 🥑 💚 So why do I give it two stars? Well! It says on the packaging that the mask has an immediate smoothing effect, which it obviously does not have, it gives radiance but absolutely does not smooth my skin. I don't like when products promise too much, which I think this one actually does. Now it's important to know that not all products suit everyone and this one didn't quite suit me, despite nice ingredients, it does contain perfume but that ingredient is last on the list so we can assume it's not too much. 🌸 The price also lowers the rating, there are many nice masks out there for a better price and that work much better for me 👏🏼 495:- is a bit steep I think when the mask doesn't quite hold up. A bit too much perfume
I got the chance as #lykoinflutester to test three products from #colderma 🥰 super fun to get the opportunity to try a completely new brand for me. My skin is dry, so a moisturizing face mask that can be left on overnight is perfect for me. But to get enough hydration, this one was not sufficient. If you’re not as dry as I am, this could definitely be great. But the scent!? Unfortunately, I felt it had too much perfume and I didn’t like the smell at all. Hard to describe what it smells like, but it wasn’t a fresh scent nor one that makes me happy. My daughter thought it was okay, so she’ll take over. Overall, it still feels like a good mask. Good mask!
Have tested the Cool Derma product for #lyko for a few weeks, and here is my honest review 😉🤠 For info: Approaching 40, thin and dry skin, with oily T-zone, sensitive. The mask contains avocado, green tea, lingonberry seed oil, hyaluronic acid, squalane, oat extract, vitamins A, D, and E. Suitable for normal/dry skin. The mask is supposed to hydrate, soften the skin, give glow, protect, and renew the skin's surface. What I like about it - Seal on the tube - Flip cap - Thin consistency - Pleasant scent - Absorbs quickly into the skin - Not greasy - Easy to wash off - Good ingredients I used a good amount the first time to get enough for face and neck. It has a very thin consistency and is very runny. It's easy to spread the mask once you start, but it can quickly get messy, so take a little at a time... I leave it on longer than 30 minutes to maximize the effect, but already after 5 minutes I could feel that everything was absorbed. The skin feels soft and smooth afterwards.
