Love it!
I’ve now tried the Texture Spray from Eleni & Chris, here’s what I think👇 The product gives good structure and hold to the hair without it feeling heavy. The spray is easy to use and gives the hair more texture and volume while still feeling natural/not stiff.☀️ For reference, I have thick, long hair and natural waves 🌊 I generally have a hard time with regular hairsprays because I often find they make the hair too stiff or sticky. That’s why I like this type of product much better… (tip for anyone who struggles with regular hairspray!!) It gives good grip, volume, and helps the styling hold without the hair feeling so “sprayed”. This is a product that suits me better than classic hairspray and that I like to use when I want to give my hair a little extra shape and hold. Delivers what it promises! 🤩
I've had the chance to test this texture spray as #lykotestpilot for a few weeks, and it has quickly become a favorite in my hair care routine. I have long, dry, and frizzy hair and am always on the lookout for products that add volume and texture without making the hair feel heavy or rough. This is truly a product that delivers what it promises. It gives a nice lift and lovely volume right away while the hair still feels soft and airy. I almost feel like it works like a dry shampoo because it freshens up the hair between washes and absorbs some of the excess oil, but without the dry or rough feeling that dry shampoos give. I also like that it helps control frizz and contains nourishing ingredients that protect the hair. The result is airy hair with nice texture and long-lasting hold without feeling sticky. Best volume in a long time, but not for sensitive skin!
I had the honor of being chosen by the Lyko team as a test pilot for this Texture Spray from Eleni & Chris! For reference, my hair is frizzy, curly, and color-treated. I was really excited to see if this formula could make a difference! So what do I think about the product? 👇☺️ First of all, the bottle design is incredibly stylish and luxurious, and the nozzle makes it easy to spray a perfect, even cloud without any stickiness! The texture itself is magical – the spray feels completely invisible and feather-light when applied to dry hair. It leaves absolutely no stiff, sticky, or powdery feeling, but tames frizz immediately and gives a really nice texture. The result on my hair was really good, and I felt that both volume and texture lasted all day. 😍✨ BUT, unfortunately, it’s not a full score from me. My scalp reacted quite strongly after the 5th application with itching and burning. Everything you could wish for
I have had the honor to be a #testpilot for this product for a few weeks and I am so happy about it because I have found a new favorite product. I would say my hair is normal thickness, gets frizzy easily, has a lot of baby hairs, and is always styled. My references when it comes to hair products are that even though I style my hair, I touch it a lot and like to be able to brush through it with my hands without it sticking or becoming difficult due to stiffness from products. This texture spray really gives a wow lift to the hair, it adds volume both in height and thickness. BUT the most important thing – it doesn’t get stiff or give a product feeling in the hair. It promises an ultra-light spray that gives instant volume and should provide hold without feeling sticky. It should also add moisture, protect against humidity, UV rays, and color fading MY EXPERIENCE BASED ON WHAT IT PROMISES: I love texturizing sprays and usually choose them over a heavy hairspray. However, I wouldn’t say it’s ultra-light compared to my favorite from Living Proof. This one is heavier while I feel it gives much more volume than the one from Living Proof. It doesn’t leave any sticky feeling behind 💚 The hold isn’t as long-lasting as a hairspray, but I still think it leans more towards a hairspray (which also adds volume) than an ultra-light texture spray, so you can relate to the feeling in your hair after use. I have frizzy hair and don’t think it does much to directly counteract that, so it’s hard for me to judge if it’s my hair or if it simply doesn’t. A totally okay spray, but considering the price, I’ve still found budget alternatives that give similar results to this one. Why haven’t I tried this before?
I haven’t tried a texture spray before, so it was extra fun to get to try this one! 😍 The packaging of this texture spray is a nice and simple design that feels professional. It smells a bit like a traditional hairspray. I was so pleasantly surprised when I tried this product because it really is an all-in-one product! I’ve used this between washes when my hair feels a bit flat and lifeless, and it has really lifted my current and upcoming hair days, it gives nice volume, keeps flyaways in place, and even removes excess oil! Both my hairspray and dry shampoo have gotten competition now 👀 This is a very light spray, so it does all this with minimal product feel in the hair. I've been trying Eleni & Chris Texture Spray Performance Volume for a while now and think it's been a really nice addition to my hair care routine. 🤍 I have quite fine and flat hair that easily loses volume, so I'm always on the lookout for products that can add a bit of extra fullness without the hair feeling heavy or sticky. What I like about this spray is that it gives the hair more texture and volume while still feeling natural and light. What I also loved is that the hair doesn't get greasy as quickly when you use it, kind of like a dry shampoo but still not 🫶🏼 I use it on dry hair to freshen up my hairstyle and give a little extra lift at the roots. Amazing
Through #lykotestpilot, my teenagers and I have tested this (14 & 17 years old). The 17-year-old daughter has straight, thin, and oily hair; she tried this and really liked it! It gave volume, smells good, and feels a bit like dry shampoo because it absorbs oils from the scalp. It was really a hit with her (wasn't allowed to post a picture). The 14-year-old son with curly mullet liked it too! A little On-The-Go quick fix when a hockey guy is on the move. When his curls "were messing with him," he sprayed some and tousled it. He likes it too! Says it smells "delicious" and is quick and durable for school and training. I have long curly hair and liked it very much too! The product feels like a multitasking product that works both as volume, saltwater spray, and dry shampoo. The hair feels fresh all day after, and my hair is flyaway without products, but I sprayed a little on the ends, and the hair no longer flies. In summary, a very nice product that suits the whole family! A lifesaver for my straight and volume-less hair! As Lyko's test pilot, I had the luxury of testing Eleni & Chris Texture Spray, and I am impressed. The spray delivers what it promises with instant volume and texture in the hair, and the result is long-lasting. It gives great effect to my otherwise straight and volume-less hair. I find that the hair feels a bit rougher/textured, but the spray doesn't feel sticky and it's easy to brush through the hair. I find that my hair doesn't feel greasy or dirty after use, which can otherwise be a problem when I use styling products for hair. Sleek packaging and luxurious scent are a plus! Volume that actually holds😍
I have pretty thick straight hair without much volume that disappears completely just a few hours after washing and styling. I've tried other texture sprays before without much result. But this one??? First and foremost, I love the packaging – sleek, minimalist, and easy to use. Secondly, it smells incredibly good, not at all like the typical hairspray scent. I spray quite generously all over my hair and immediately get lots of lift and volume. The hair does get a little stiffer and loses some shine, but it definitely doesn’t get stiff like it easily can with regular hairsprays. The most important thing – does the volume hold all day? YES! it does😍 It even survived a day at the beach, and my hair still looked lifted and full several hours later (and the day after!)
