A good easy-to-use palette🌿
The first thing I thought when I opened the palette was, now I’m lucky! These are colors that suit my pale tones well. In the clip, I use a little bit of self-tanner. The palette contains three shimmering shadows and two mattes; in the clip, I used all the shadows. I use the brown matte shadow the most because it works really well for everyday use for me. It quickly gives the illusion of more awake eyes. My eyelids are so-called hooded, and now that I’m older, they’ve also become fluffier. So happy that this shadow works well for me! When I do my makeup, I usually use a primer on my eyelids; then my eyeshadow always stays best. When I do my makeup, I do my eyes first and the rest of my face afterward; I learned this from a makeup artist I assisted briefly in the 90s in Stockholm. The packaging in hard-pressed paper (cardboard) aligns with this vegan and organic brand; I think it’s nice and feels different. It works well; the lid is held closed with a magnet. This palette has a mark or new logo on the side that is being worked in, and it reminds me of the Helen Rubenstein logo and also the colors. I think it’s nice, and even my male partner, who is completely uninterested in makeup but works in design, thinks it’s very nice. Not really my thing!
I got to try this palette! I like the packaging and that it’s not plasticky! A big plus ❤️ I usually go for simpler eye makeup, like just bronzer (for everyday), otherwise if I want something special it’s either purple or more shimmer! So this fits perfectly❤️ 🫶🏼 it’s a nice selection of colors that suit me! 🫶🏼 I like the simplicity of the palette, easy to bring along! 🫶🏼 I had to take quite a lot of eyeshadow for it to show up on the eyelid. Not very pigmented unfortunately! 🫶🏼 when I was home from work the eyeshadow had fallen off and settled in the lines 🫶🏼 the shimmer shadows are better applied with fingers than with a brush If I were to sum up this palette, it’s very mixed. I love the colors, the selection, and the packaging! But the actual wear and application don’t work for me unfortunately. My wish for eyeshadows is not to have to take too much product and that it stays in place all day (I had setting spray on when I finished my eye makeup). The silver shadow was my favorite, good pigmentation and nice shimmer. The rating is lowered because of the wear and pigmentation. Beautiful palette 🎨
I have been lucky to test this product for a while, and I am very satisfied, as you can probably tell from the number of stars given. 🤎 The colors are nice, classic, timeless, and neutral. 🤎 The amount of product is not too much; it gives a light and nice result that looks natural. The product is easy to build up for a stronger effect if you want it to be more visible. 🤎 There are both matte eyeshadows and eyeshadows with shimmer/glitter. You can get several types of results here, so in my eyes, the product is suitable for both everyday and party. 🤎 A big plus for natural ingredients and environmentally friendly packaging. Crumbles
As an influencer tester, I had the opportunity to try this eyeshadow palette. What I like about it are the colors 🤗 I like that all the colors go very well together, and that you can use them all at the same time and they harmonize nicely ☺️ What lowers my rating are several things, but primarily that I find the texture very crumbly. When I tried applying with a brush, the eyeshadow was so dry and crumbly that it almost just fell off; it was easier to apply with my finger. I also think the pigmentation is very weak, and it's hard to build up enough color on the eyelid. A new and fun assignment as #lykoinflutester 😸 Now I’m going to review makeup from #estellethild 💋 first I’ll tell a little about myself ↙️ 35 years old, living in Dalarna. I have problems with dry and rough skin. Mostly in winter but also in summer. I work indoors all day in an industrial space so the indoor air doesn’t give me any benefits 😅 So of course you want to find makeup that sits well... doesn’t give a dry feeling but instead gives a glow 🙏🏼 Here comes my review of #ESTELLETHILD Gilded Gaze Eye Palette Soft Neutrals F nice and easy-to-use packaging magnetic closure - big plus! mirror - always a plus! both matte and shimmery shadows 🌻 Usage See my videos for full use. Very light and smooth shadows. Good pigmentation but not too much. Really gives a GLOW effect! No fallout, I haven’t used any eyeshadow primer here. Buildable eyeshadow! Want a little shimmer or a lot, choose yourself! Perfect palette “on the go”. A light and a brown for a more matte look, then the others with shimmer! For me it fits very well. Convenient but a bit weak pigment
A palette in a convenient size with good "basic colors" ✨ Something I like is that it can create both a daytime and evening look ☺️ Perfect if, for example, you’re going somewhere and don’t want to bring the world’s biggest palette 😄 However, I don’t find the colors particularly pigmented; I had to build up quite a bit of product to get the look. Especially the matte brown was a bit "weak." At first, I thought it would be too dark, but it turned out much lighter on the eyelid. The shimmery shadows have somewhat stronger pigment. The eyeshadow smudges a bit during the day, so the staying power is so-so. However, I haven’t noticed any fallout. Approved palette but maybe not my favorite. I would have wished for another matte shadow, and the colors are nice but not my first choice. 😊 I think this suits beginners better who want to learn how to use eyeshadow or who simply want a simple palette that works for most occasions. I like that the packaging is different, but it will be exciting to see how well it holds up. Estelle & Thild Gilded Glaze Eye Palette in the shade Soft Neutrals offers a lovely selection of natural neutral tones, ranging from light champagne to warm matte brown shades. The palette has a silky smooth, vegan formula enriched with organic oils that feel pleasant on the skin. The colors undeniably look nice and inviting on paper, giving a nice, subtle everyday result. ✨ Unfortunately, this one was not a hit for me personally. Unfortunately too weak..
Very nice palette to look at! The colors are beautiful and the packaging is cute, but unfortunately the pigments in the shadows are way too weak to create a really nice makeup look. The shadows also powder sooo much, which causes it to get a bit everywhere on the face. A shame, a bit of a disappointment. Nice and versatile – but requires primer
A really nice palette with neutral shades that suit most people. The colors work just as well for a soft everyday look as for a more defined party makeup and are easy to apply with both brush and fingers. My only objection is the longevity. Without eyeshadow primer, the shadows fade relatively quickly during the day, but with primer they stay significantly better. Very disappointed
I was assigned as a #lykoinflutester to test this Gilded Gaze Eye Palette Soft Neutrals from #estellethild! 🤍 I was very happy when I heard I would get to test this eyeshadow palette because eyeshadow is my favorite part when I do my makeup! But unfortunately, I was very quickly disappointed by this palette. I immediately noticed when I tested the colors on my hand that the formula was very crumbly. I also noticed this later when I applied the eyeshadow on my eyelid. I used my favorite brushes and favorite eyeshadow primer that I always use, but still, there was an incredible amount of pigment fallout under my eye (I attached a picture of this)! I also experienced that the eyeshadows had quite poor pigmentation. You really had to pack on a lot of eyeshadow to get it to show somewhat well. The shade with the best pigment is the lightest one, but I suspect that’s because it has a matte finish, while the other shadows are shimmery. That’s why I wished more of the shadows had a matte finish instead, especially the two darkest shades. The eyeshadows were also very difficult to both blend out and blend with each other. When I tried to blend them out, they instead became patchy and the pigments disappeared. This is another reason why I wished more of the shadows were matte, since shimmery shades are much harder to blend out. Unfortunately, this palette was very difficult to use, and it was very hard to get the eyeshadows to look nice and even on the eyelid. Otherwise, I think the colors and shades were very nice. It’s a palette with neutral base colors. The colors would work for both natural makeup looks and a bit more festive, smokey eyes. But unfortunately, the eyeshadow formula doesn’t work for this. But one positive thing is that the packaging is very good. It’s made of paper instead of plastic, which is a plus! It’s also good that there’s a small mirror included! 🤍 In short & sweet 🤍 It’s a nice palette with a good concept, but unfortunately doesn’t work well in practice. ➕ Vegan formula and natural ingredients ➕ No plastic packaging ➖ Crumbly formula ➖ Poorly pigmented shadows ➖ Too few shades with matte finish ➖ Eyeshadows don’t blend ➖ Very difficult to use eyeshadows #lykoinflutester #estellethild143 views - The user's roll: Lyko Creator. I really wanted to like the palette, but...
As a Lyko influencer tester, I got to try this eyeshadow palette in neutral tones from Estelle & Thild! I really wanted to like it, but unfortunately it wasn’t a hit. 💄FORMULA AND RESULT Unfortunately, the eyeshadow palette is way too powdery to stick. I’ve tried different methods, but the shadows barely show. It’s the light colors that show the most, and that’s because of the shimmer. Zero pigmentation in the palette and I haven’t managed to do an eye makeup look with this. I really wished I could because the shades are very beautiful! At the end of the video, you can see when I compare this palette with my favorite eyeshadow palette from Anastasia in similar shades. PLUS - Super nice packaging!
