The scent is nice, and I think the lipstick itself (the container) is pretty and sleek. It’s easy to use and gives a nice coverage. The color is fairly nice, leaning towards purple. I can definitely wear it and I like it, but there are other colors that suit me even better. Will I buy it again? No. It’s definitely a good product, but since the price is high, the color would need to be more wow. High-Biscus gives the lips a nice color while leaving behind that glossy and juicy finish that I personally think is so beautiful. What caught my attention the most is how easy it is to achieve a nice lip look. I don’t have to struggle with several different products to get color and shine. I can just swipe the product on directly and then the lips are basically done. Perfect for days when I want to look a bit more put together but still don’t want to spend a lot of time on makeup. ✨ I think High-Biscus gives a lovely color that really shows, but the glossy finish also makes the result feel softer and more wearable. It doesn’t have that hard feeling you sometimes get with a more opaque lipstick. Instead, the lips get a juicier look that I think works both for everyday and when you’re going out somewhere. I also really like the feel on the lips. It feels soft and comfortable, and I like being able to add a little extra when I want more color and shine. I can also imagine using it together with a lip liner to get a more defined look. With a brown or rosy liner underneath, I think it can look really nice. 🌸 This is also one of those products that I like to just toss in my bag. It’s easy to apply and doesn’t need a mirror or a full makeup routine to work. When the lips start to feel a bit dull during the day, I can just add another layer and get both the color and shine back. The shade Sorta Selfish is an incredibly flattering, warm honey brown/nude tone that gives a luxurious "glassy" finish without being sticky. What’s good: 3-in-1 effect: It combines the pigmentation of a lipstick, the shine of a gloss, and the nourishing feel of a lip balm. Nourishing ingredients: Contains squalane, vitamin E, and shea butter. You can really feel it on the lips – they feel soft and hydrated for several hours after application. Non-sticky: Despite the high shine, it doesn’t feel sticky. The formula rather "melts" onto the lips and feels very light. Scent: It has Fenty’s signature scent (peach/vanilla) which is sweet and fresh without being overpowering. Smooth application: The slim stick makes it easy to apply precisely without needing a mirror every time.
