Ordered the Rome color like I have many times before, but received a slightly different packaging. When I asked your customer service, they said it was the same product with a new look. But it’s not. The "new" one is runny and smells extremely strong, it doesn't even look like the same shade. I'm very disappointed.5 likes3012 viewsEncade
2 weeksWhen contacting customer service, they said it was the same but improved (hardly), so Rome is being replaced and now they become Lisbon.

Hey! What percentage is the hydrogen peroxide at? Is the hydrogen peroxide as high in preference as in excellence?132 viewsto leave a commentKarin

I have naturally light blonde, very thin hair of baby quality, but I think the color has become a bit ashy in tone over the years, and it looks dull. For several years, I've bleached my roots 2 times/year with Schwarzkopf's mild bleach (2-4 levels of lift), but it's no longer available 😢 so I tried this one. This one burned immediately on my scalp! I even got 2 small sores, and this is supposed to be a mild bleach... I've never experienced anything like it. But I was very dry on my scalp, so that might have played a role. It was easy to apply (I use a brush to overlap as little as possible, just putting the bleach in all my hair for a few minutes before rinsing out). It bleached very evenly, and the line between new and old bleach is barely visible. I let it sit for an extra 5 minutes because it looked a bit yellow (see picture just before rinsing), but the hair still turned out really light yellow, instead of just lightly light yellow like it did with Schwarzkopf's bleach, which I could rinse out earlier. I needed to put a good amount of silver mask in dry hair the next day to get an okay blonde color and will now need to tone it to reduce the yellow. Next time, I will have to try another brand.4 likes2389 viewsto leave a comment
