Soft Brush

Gives a more even result
Personally, I really liked this brush! I have some acne scars that give me quite uneven skin texture. Makeup sponges and other foundation brushes I've tried don't feel like I can really get into the «dips», if that makes sense. But when I used this brush to apply both tinted serum from rose and when I tried it with a foundation, I felt the result was MUCH more even! High quality and blends well
As a #lykoinflutester, I got to test a couple of products from #roseinc, including their Number 3 Foundation Brush. A bit about my makeup habits: I used to often use a brush for applying foundation, but in recent years I have switched to primarily using beauty blenders, as I appreciate the result more since it often gives a more natural finish and allows the product to sink into the skin rather than "sitting on the surface". Therefore, I must say that I am positively surprised by how much I like this brush. It blends the product in a nice and natural way, and I feel that the product blends in well. I have primarily tested it with Rose inc’s tinted serum, but I have also tested it with another foundation I have that is full coverage, and I feel that the result was good even with that despite a different formula and consistency. I think it’s a good brush that was fun to test; for me, the price is a bit on the high side for what I would spend on a "tool" since I usually prefer to spend the money on makeup products. 🤍Translated from swedish

A bit difficult to work with
Lyko has let me test some products from Rose Inc over the last month, and this was a brand I wasn't familiar with before. I always find it exciting to try something new, and it's even more fun if it turns out to be great! I got to try this brush along with Rose Inc's tinted serum, and I must say I gave up relatively quickly. It was recommended to work the serum in with the brush for application on the face, but I couldn't get it to sit and had to use a lot of product with that method. I instead used my hands to apply it and then the brush to blend it out, and that worked somewhat better. Meeeen in the end, I felt it didn't work optimally and became a bit streaky. For my part, I think the brush might not have enough structure/is thick enough for such a thin liquid. However, I have used it for cream blush/bronzer and thought it worked better for that! Absolutely a brush of good quality, but it didn't work optimally for what it is «supposed» to do. But brushes are a matter of taste☺️ #roseinc #lykoinflutesterTranslated from norwegian

Not my favorite
It's hard with makeup brushes since it's such a matter of taste! I use a range of different brushes, everything from a bit more densely packed to a bit looser brushes. In comparison to all my favorite brushes, Rose Inc's foundation brush is the absolute most flexible and "light brush". I felt like I had to work for a good while to get the Tinted Serum properly into the skin. Otherwise, it would have just sat like a film on the skin. Usually, there's no problem using my foundation brush for my concealer as well; but since the concealer was a bit thicker and the brush was so light, I didn't feel like I had the right firmness to work it out either. You can tell that the brush is of quality, and I have no doubt that there are many out there who would love to work with this type of brush. But for me, it simply wasn't enough firmness. A bit too expensive, but the very best brushes out there also have a slightly higher price tag. Could be interesting to try? #Lykoinflutester #RoseincTranslated from swedish

New favorite!!
I have tested 4 products from Rose inc. in the last month. I haven't tried anything from this brand before and I'm very positive about what I've tested so far. Here come my reviews. For the other products, feel free to check out the respective product page 🌸 🖤 PLUS - Very nice to have standing on the makeup shelf - Easy to use - Haven't experienced it shedding hair or anything like that - Feels luxurious and sturdy - Works great for all types of cream products 🖤 MINUS - The only thing I can think of as a downside is the price for this, but it is also a very good brush that is truly worth the amount. 🖤 OVERALL OPINIONS Since I got this brush home, I haven't used anything else but this when I've done my makeup, which has also been daily. I really like this a lot and find it hard to see myself going back to what I used before. This brush works great for all different kinds of cream products, and I don't see myself doing my base with anything else in the future either. Positively Surprised!
I have to say that at first glance I was a bit skeptical about this brush, as it felt almost too soft. I usually use a slightly firmer foundation brush and thought it would just smudge everything around.. How wrong can you be! It distributes foundation evenly and blends out without leaving streaks. I’ve also tested it with different foundations and it works just as well! And the brush is so silky soft against the skin, so there’s nothing to complain about! Perfect for their serum foundation🙌🏼
The brush is incredibly soft, I like the shape and how it feels both on the skin and in the hand. But I'm not a fan of the color of the handle. Very much a matter of taste, but I would rather wish it was in the lighter pink color I associate with the brand. I have reviewed three products from this brand, and they have a nice light rose beige color on the blush packaging and the top of the concealer that I liked very much. I also liked the pink/purple/beige color of the product's cardboard packaging. I used this to apply their serum foundation, and with circular motions, it applied SO nicely. So if you're thinking of buying that foundation, I would also recommend this makeup brush. Very good brush
I had the opportunity to test the number 3 foundation brush from Rose inc. I really liked the design of the brush as it had a neutral, sleek expression with a matte finish on the handle that makes it extra elegant. The brush head is slightly smaller than what I'm used to on a foundation brush, but I don't think that matters as it just becomes even more versatile and flexible. I tested it with tinted serum also from Rose inc, and it does what it promises. The soft hairs that are cut on the diagonal attract the product and activate the color pigments in the product. It helps to distribute the product very easily and gently, which I appreciate with my sensitive skin. The design of the brush also makes it suitable for several types of makeup, such as blush, contour, and concealer. I like that it’s angled, it makes it easy to adjust if you want very light coverage or a bit more. 🧡 About me I have dry skin that leans sensitive. I usually do my makeup with brushes, only using my fingers occasionally. Soft and Good Application Ability
I have tested Rose Inc's Number 3 Foundation Brush, and I must say I'm very satisfied. 🥥DESIGN🥥 The brush has a very simple design, but the simple is often the best. Relatively small, which makes it easy to fit in the makeup bag. The brush is also very light, which makes it easier to maneuver and work with. 🥥USER-FRIENDLINESS🥥 The brush is extremely soft, which is very comfortable when applying products. It is also very easy to distribute the makeup evenly when the brush is so soft. The downside of the brush being so soft is probably the application of product on the brush. It is somewhat difficult to pick up cream products from the palette using such a soft brush, as you often have to use quite a bit of force to pick up enough product on the brush. The brush is also angled, which is an advantage when applying contour and blush. Unfortunately, the distribution of product on the brush is somewhat uneven due to the shape, and you therefore have to concentrate a bit extra during the first application of the product. Fortunately, it is easy to blend evenly with the brush afterwards. The bristles also seem to be of good quality, as the brush does not absorb product.
