Everything my thin blonde hair needs!
I attended an event with Waterclouds in May where they presented this series, and even then I was so pleasantly surprised that they use apple cider vinegar, which is such a natural product you can use to add shine to your hair, and also glycolic acid which makes the hair strand smoother and gives more shine! Doesn't work for my bleached hair
As a #lykoinflutester, I had the honor of testing four products from Waterclouds' Gloss revive series✨️ In this review, we'll take a look at Waterclouds Gloss revive intensive mist✨️ A bit about my hair: Typically Scandinavian, with many fine strands. Bleached lengths. Usually wash my hair about 3 times a week. The product is described to smooth the hair surface, combat frizz, and improve hair manageability. First and foremost, a plus for the nice mist! Important to have a nozzle that distributes the product evenly, and it really does. Also a plus that it contains heat protection! The scent is quite mild and fresh. I think it works as unisex. The texture is very light. However, I almost find it harder to detangle my hair after using the mist than before. I usually use a conditioner spray with heat protection, which seems to work better for my bleached hair that apparently needs something richer. Awesome mist!
As a #lykoinflutester, I have tested 4 different products from #waterclouds. The brand is already known to me, but I have still tried quite a few from the brand. It's incredibly fun that it's a series for shinier hair that I got to test because I recently tried a similar product line from a more expensive brand, so I have something to compare with. I have to say that Waterclouds won🥳 Cheaper and slightly better. This particular mist/leave-in spray has everything you could want in a mist. Heat protection up to 230 degrees is super good to have so you don't have to use a separate heat protectant. But also that it smooths and adds shine to the hair without weighing it down or making it too greasy. Fits perfectly for my bleached, naturally curly/wavy hair, which needs moisture and shine. I have mainly used the mist together with the other products from the same series (shampoo, conditioner, and mask) but have also tested it on its own. Both work great, but I like all the products so much that I don't want to be without any of them😅 The mist has the same nice scent as the rest of the products🌸 Light texture/feel in the hair. A great finishing touch for shiny, soft and manageable hair!✨
I have naturally curly and dry hair that tends to get frizzy and tangled very easily, so I am always looking for products that make my hair easier to manage without weighing it down. This leave-in mist has quickly become one of my favorites! It makes my hair feel so much softer and smoother, and it is especially helpful for taming frizz and making my curls look more polished. I also love the shine it gives without making my hair look greasy. Even though it gives my hair moisture and softness, it doesn’t make my hair feel heavy, oily or weighed down at all, which is a huge plus for me since my roots tend to get oily quite quickly. My hair feels moisturized and much easier to brush through, but still light and fresh. I have been using this together with the Gloss Revive shampoo, conditioner and hair mask, and I really love how all the products work together. Completely okay heat protectant
A very practical and lightweight leave-in spray that makes it easy to comb through wet hair. The big advantage is that it doesn’t feel sticky or tacky at all, and the spray nozzle distributes the product in an even, fine mist. It calms flyaways and gives a bit of extra moisture before blow-drying. For the driest ends, I might need to add a couple of drops of oil for maximum smoothness, but as everyday protection and detangler it works. Nourishing Shine Spray
I tried this product for a couple of weeks along with other products from the same line and I am satisfied! My hair is coarse, thin, and wavy. In other words, it’s quite difficult to manage and achieve shine. In my opinion, this product works well as a nourishing spray. The bottle is high quality and the spray function works well. Additionally, the scent is pleasant and mild. I used it on towel-dried hair after showering and let my hair air dry, as I usually do. The best results show the next morning. As a Lykotest Influencer, I had the honor of testing the wonderful products from the Waterclouds Water Clouds series ☁️✨ A little about my hair: I have medium-length, naturally curly hair (about 2C), which is also both bleached and colored. Since my hair is curly, I really need products that provide a lot of moisture, help retain moisture, and at the same time reduce frizz. In this review, I mainly focus on the hairspray even though my final experience with the series is based on using the products together. I have primarily used the spray to add moisture to my hair before styling, and I actually think it does its job well. It smells nice and helps reduce frizz while leaving the hair feeling soft and smooth. After using the entire series and finishing with the spray, I think the result is really nice. However, I haven't used the spray long enough yet to say if it gives a real wow effect, and so far I would say it's a good product that does what it should. A big plus is the heat protection – it protects hair up to a whole 230 °C 🔥. For me, who has bleached and colored hair and uses styling tools, that is truly an appreciated feature. So in summary: a good and moisturizing spray that reduces frizz, gives soft and smooth hair, and also provides heat protection. Completely okay product
This mist is supposed to make the hair shinier and smoother. Didn’t work for my thin hair, but tangled it
I got to test the Waterclouds Gloss revive line, and one of the products was the line’s intensive mist. I normally have strong, thick, naturally vibrant hair, but I suffered from iron deficiency during pregnancy and childbirth, and my hair was also generally stressed. Because of this, my hair has thinned, and I have lost over half of what my hair used to be. Now I would describe my hair as dry and thin. I really liked the shampoo and conditioner in the line. They suited my hair excellently, but unfortunately, this spray felt more tangling than smoothing. I don’t feel it provided any benefit that would make me continue using the product after several tries. On the positive side, I want to mention that the product technically has a good spray mechanism and works flawlessly. The product also has a mild but pleasant scent typical of the brand, and I like that the product offers high heat protection. Unfortunately, the product was not suitable for my hair type this time. I have been trying the Gloss Revive heat protection spray together with other products from the series. The spray is easy to apply to the hair and has a wonderfully pleasant scent, just like the other products in the series. 🫶🏼 The product feels light in the hair and does not leave it sticky or heavy. My hair is bleached, and I also use extensions, so heat protection is an important part of my hair care routine. Perfect final touch!!
This mist is probably one of the products that surprised me the most! I love leave-in products but am quite picky because I don’t want my hair to feel heavy, greasy, or full of product. This one, however, is super light in the hair and fits perfectly as the last step before styling. I spray it through my hair and immediately notice that it becomes easier to manage and gets a smoother finish. After styling, the hair looks shinier and frizz is significantly reduced. A huge plus is also that it provides heat protection up to 230 °C, since I often use heat tools and would still use a heat protectant. What I like most is really that you get both shine, a nicer finish, and heat protection in the same product without weighing the hair down.
