I wash my hair about 3 times a week. Not always after working out, it depends on how sweaty my hair feels. And as you say, if you’re going out, maybe there’s an extra wash here and there, but I try to keep it from being too often ☺️😍 by the way, you have such beautiful hair! ❤️
