Lived up to expectations!
I'm always a bit skeptical when a product goes viral, can think a bit that many see what they want to see and that you're so set on something being good like....but this is really good, I'm super oily and the makeup always creeps down into fine lines, separates, and tends to disappear on the chin, but with this on, I look almost exactly the same in the face when I come home in the evening as when I left, it takes time to dry, but once it does, it stays put like a rock! Overhyped
I decided to test this setting spray after seeing the hype on social media. I’m looking for a setting spray that can increase the longevity of my makeup and also melt everything together and reduce that slightly powdery look you often get when using powder. I love the mist of this, it’s light and nice, and I also don’t think the product smells like anything, which is a plus. The first time I tested this, I applied it right at the end of my makeup routine to set my face. That was a big fail for me. My face felt very sticky, and the whole point of having set my base with powder disappeared. I hate feeling product on my skin. So, I chose to apply this after all cream products, before powder, the next time. After it dried, I went over it with a beauty blender to set it with powder. This worked better, but still, my face feels very tight after application, and that feeling unfortunately increases gradually throughout the day. I’ve tried this several times now, but I unfortunately have to admit that this wasn’t for me with dehydrated skin. I switched to this from Urban Decay's All Nighter and I won't go back! I love that the mist is so thin and fine. For example, I feel like Mac Fix+ tends to spray unevenly and creates droplets on the skin. I've tried different kinds of setting sprays and this one is one of my favorites! I haven't used anything like this before and sometimes you don't know what you're missing until you try it. Misten is so so pretty! It lays evenly over the face without making the makeup patchy and dries quickly without getting sticky. Perfect for both everyday use and when you want your makeup to last all evening ❤️ The durability is also great! Makes the makeup last much longer, it doesn't sit completely tight on the face but holds up okay through a long workday. Makes the makeup look nicer and more blended. Sometimes I experience a burning and stinging sensation around the eyes and eyebrows after spraying this? It goes away quickly and doesn't happen every time, feels very strange.1068 views

Use:
