✨👁Sky high, baby👁✨
So we're doing another #LykoReview, this time a mascara I've seen so much of that it was time! 👀 My lashes are pretty long, but light so they don't show up unmade. 😅 But they are also terribly straight, so I really need the lift 👫 The tube is pretty, modern, and overall Maybelline New York 😉 The brush is a rubber variant with small spikes that easily separate the lashes to avoid clumpiness 🙌🏻 I chose the mascara in black, it covers well and I was surprised by its creation of both volume and length-definition 🤩 Another plus is that it doesn't transfer, neither on the eyelid nor below 👼 Trust me, it's a HUGE achievement for my hooded eyes 😳 👁Summary👁 ➕ The brush ➕ Doesn't transfer ➕/➖ The price I can see myself buying another when this one is finished, it gives me exactly what I need 🥤1 product in post ✨👁Sky high, baby👁✨12738 views - Most helpful negativeThe user's roll: Lyko Creator. Can't get the lashes to stay up
I was really excited to try this because the waterproof version is my go-to mascara! The brush is really nice to use since the "hairs" on the brush aren't too long, so you avoid applying too much product and getting a clumpy result. The lashes are well separated, and you can easily apply multiple layers without them sticking together. It dries quickly on the lashes but holds up well in the packaging and doesn't get ruined quickly. The only negative for me is definitely that this makes my lashes fall as soon as I apply it, so to speak. Now I also have lashes that are very light and struggle to hold a curl. Good but the color does not match the picture
The color does not match the picture at all. At least not on my lashes. It turns out more black than "burgundy", so that was a bit disappointing. Very good mascara🌟
Here you get a mascara that really makes your lashes long and black, I like to combine this with the golden telescopic for the best result!! The Sky High mascara makes your lashes separate and become full, which I like😍 A small downside of this is that I think it runs out quite fast. I, who wear mascara 6/7 days a week, experience that it gets a bit dry after about 4/5 weeks. Makes the eyes POP ⭐️
A mascara that really makes the green in my eyes pop. The color isn’t so obviously burgundy that others notice it, but it really highlights the eyes. I use it almost every day and think the durability is great. It doesn’t flake or smudge on the eyelids. The only downside is that it doesn’t keep the lashes curled for very long. But that’s not uncommon for mascaras that aren’t waterproof. I remove it easily with my regular makeup remover. My absolute all-time favorite. I've used this for 5 years, and tried a few different ones in between, but always come back to this one🥰 It applies so nicely without clumping, which other mascaras I've tried often do. Such a beautiful shade of brown!
The length you get from this mascara is crazy! I really like it, what would be the cherry on top is if it held the curl of the lashes.
