    A good conditioner

Here comes a review from a person who doesn't usually use conditioner✨ My hair is typically Scandinavian, thin but with many hair strands. My hair often feels lifeless and flat if I don't use volumizing products. After using this conditioner a few times, I can say that I think it's a good conditioner. My hair becomes very soft and easy to comb out. It has a unisex scent that I think is totally okay. If I were to use conditioner, this is definitely one I could see myself using🦚 #REDKEN #LYKOINFLUTESTER

    Good conditioner🤍

I was allowed to test this from Lyko, but this is not the first time I’m trying this. I have bought this series from Redken several times myself and really like it! I have damaged, colored, and breaking hair, and this series fits perfectly. Together with the shampoo, I think this conditioner works excellently! Pros -makes hair soft -helps with damaged/breaking hair -good and fresh scent Cons -can make hair a bit heavy Really recommended together with the rest of the series. #LYKOINFLUTESTER #REDKEN

    My hair loves!

I was so lucky to receive the entire Bonding Concentrate series from Redken to test it out as #LYKOINFLUTESTER ❤️ I have medium-length, thick, damaged, and colored hair that struggles a lot in the winter. So I was very excited about this series from Redken. I wash my hair 1-2 times a week and have been using this series for the last 4 weeks. This conditioner is step 3 in the series. And is used after the pre-treatment and shampoo. I only use it on the lengths from the shoulders down. Since I don’t want conditioner on my scalp or roots, as the “newest” hair closest to the scalp is the healthiest hair since it’s not as color- and heat-treated as the lengths. And it can feel greasy with too much moisture and care. The scent is similar to the rest of the series, not the best scent of hair products I’ve tested, but not bad. The bottles and labels of this series are also absolutely gorgeous. I love that the bottles can easily stand on their heads to get as much product out as possible when they start to get empty. And that there’s no screw cap! 👏🏿 I do the same with the conditioner as with the shampoo. I prefer a small amount in my hands and work it well into my hands (to activate the ingredients) before I run my hands through the lengths of my hair. I let it sit for 3-5 minutes before rinsing it out with cold water. Cold water closes the cuticles that have been opened by warm water and shampoo. The conditioner is supposed to prevent broken hair strands and provide intense care. After washing my hair and the last step in the series, my hair feels incredibly soft and healthy. And it’s so shiny! I rarely use styling products in my hair, so I’m very dependent on the products I use after washing my hair to care for it and provide a long-lasting result - since I only wash my hair 1-2 times a week. And I absolutely think this series does that. I can imagine that those with fine, thin hair might not like this series as it can weigh the hair down a bit, in terms of a lot of moisture for the hair. But for me with quite thick hair with coarse strands, this series is absolutely worth it in my eyes. It’s hard to say if one of the products in the series is better than the others, as I’ve always used them together. But I really like the results they give - together. Not sure if you need all 4 steps. But in my experience, I would absolutely use all 4 together. I will continue to use these going forward. And if I’m as satisfied with the results as I am now - when I’m out - it will be a repurchase 🥰 #REDKEN

Hard to get out, but worth the fight!

I have tested the entire series and used it according to the instructions. That's why it's hard to determine exactly which product does what, but it's a good combination! My hair: - medium length, medium thick hair strands - Dry and tends to get frizzy 😃 - Classically natural colored at the base and gets bleached highlights/balayage 4-5 times a year For the past few months, I have also used some pink toning and color mask. The instructions don't mention avoiding application on the scalp, so I have tried both that and just applying it to the lengths. I do not recommend using it on the scalp, as it became so greasy. However, I still think the series makes the hair greasy quite quickly. The conditioner is quite thick in consistency, making it a bit hard to get out of the bottle, but it's easy to solve by letting it stand upside down for a while while the previous steps in the series are performed. I feel that the conditioner really seals the hair strands, as it is only after this step that my hair has stopped bleeding out its pink color! It also makes the hair soft, so it feels smoother and stronger. So far my favorite in the series! #redken #lykoinflutester

    Not my favorite

As #lykoinflutester l got the opportunity to try the #redken Acidic bonding series including the shampoo and conditioner. I have long curly hair that I wash 2 to 3 times a week and mostly blow dry or style with heat tools. So I have some damaged hair/ split ends. Packaging is nice and sleek. I like the halo on white design. Bottle looks good and has a good grip. The product has a mild scent. Very much like a salon shampoo but it's not strong. The scent is consistent throughout the series. I have used this product in combination with shampoo and treatment from same series. The product is very thick and is a nightmare to rinse off. Now I’m not sure if it’s this because of the conditioner or the combination of products from the line but the final result looks very heavy, a bit greasy and in general not very satisfactory for a freshly washed hair. I tried using less amount but then it feels like all hairs are not getting coated. I think it might benefit those with much thicker and generally dryer hair/scalp.

    Good for damaged hair

I have tested this 4-step Acidic bonding concentrate series from Redken consisting of Shampoo, Conditioner, Intensive pre treatment, and Leave in treatment. I have typical Nordic quality hair, not particularly thick and relatively flat by nature. It is a bit worn from hair coloring and heat tools, but not very much. I have been testing this series for about 2 weeks now. The conditioner comes in an aesthetically pleasing bottle that is easy to get product out of, and you can get most of the container out when it starts to get empty. It smells absolutely lovely, I think, fresh and nice but not overly perfumed, and the scent doesn’t linger in the hair after use, which I appreciate as it can get a bit too many different scents when using multiple products. When used, it feels really good, it detangles any knots, and the hair feels silky soft. You also don’t need much product, which means a bottle lasts a long time. Unfortunately, my hair becomes very heavy and almost greasy from using these products, but it’s possible that my hair simply isn’t damaged enough to need such an intense series. I imagine this series is perfect for very bleached, damaged, and frizzy hair, as it makes especially the ends of my hair silky soft and gathered, but it’s a bit too much for my hair. I think the price is completely fair if this is a product you need, and I would definitely test it if you need to rebuild damaged hair. #lykoinflutester #redken

Good, but not for oily scalp

As a lykoinflutester, I had the opportunity to test this conditioner as well as 3 other Redken products from the same line, thanks Lyko! 🤍 My hair is thin, long with an oily scalp, dry ends, and is colored (highlighted). I'm not a person who likes multiple steps in hair care. I usually do shampoo and conditioner, plus a hair mask 1-2 times a week. I have some issues with my scalp, which is quite sensitive and starts to react/itch with many products (or after a certain period of use). The bottle is sleek and nice, but a bit hard to distinguish from the shampoo.. I wish it was just a little more clear, but maybe it's just me thinking that way. The consistency is on the thicker side, you need a bit more product though because the hair absorbs a lot of product. Smells absolutely wonderful, fresh, and nice! Leaves the hair soft and shiny but you get a bit of a greasy feeling afterwards, and the hair gets oily quickly, so you have to wash it again the next day, which is annoying.. (I usually wash my hair every other day). You still get quite a bit of product for the money, so I think it's worth it. Unfortunately, my hair started to itch quite a bit from this line and became oily, so it doesn't suit me that well. But otherwise, I think the product is good, but maybe it suits someone who needs more nourishment/moisture for their hair and has a drier scalp. #lykoinflutester #redken

Right? It's so hard to find products that suit oily scalps unfortunately, otherwise the products themselves were really good, it's a pity they don't suit me so well 😔

    Smells so good!!

I have now had the honor of testing this series from Redken and thought this series was very good. I think this series strengthens the hair's barrier and gives a nice result when I have used the series. The packaging is very luxurious in appearance and you smell really good in your hair after using the products together. This conditioner is a conditioner to my taste! It smells super good and makes the hair soft and easy to comb through with a brush. I would recommend letting it sit for about 5 minutes to give it its full effect. I have only good things to say about this conditioner! #LYKOINFLUTESTER #REDKEN

A little too much care? for my fine hair.

Now I have tested Redken Acidic bonding intensive pre-treatment, Shampoo, Conditioner, and leave in treatment. All from the same series for 20+ days and here is my feedback. For someone who doesn't take care of their hair so well on a daily basis, this «treatment» was long overdue! With this series, I feel care from the first to the last step. After the first wash, I noticed a big difference. My hair feels smooth, cared for, and well taken care of. The scent of this series is also absolutely heavenly and reminds me of a trip to the hairdresser!! A little strange to say, but after 20+ days of care, it seems like the whole series might be a bit much for my hair type, which is fine, thin, and smooth. My scalp feels oily right after a shower (something I want to avoid), while the rest of my hair is silky soft. Maybe too much moisture and care for my hair? I like the concept, but it seems like this series is a bit too much for my hair at this point. #LYKOINFLUTESTER #REDKEN

    Incredibly good

I have had the honor of testing this conditioner. And here comes my honest review: to start with, it’s a very nice bottle. This conditioner smells absolutely wonderful. When it comes to the scent, it smells sweet and fresh but still quite strong. Think of it like a perfume. The scent lingers in the hair for several days afterward. I have received several compliments about what smells so good in my hair. I always let the conditioner sit for at least 5 minutes for the best effect. This conditioner really does everything my hair needs; I have blonde dry hair, and the hair becomes incredibly soft afterward. I can warmly recommend this to all of you; I have found my new favorite conditioner. #LYKOINFLUTESTER #REDKEN

    Less frizzy

I received 4 products from #REDKEN in their Acidic Bonding Concentrate line and tested them as a #LYKOINFLUTESTER. I tested the Pre Treatment, shampoo, conditioner, and leave-in. The packaging is absolutely beautiful to look at, the only thing is that both the pre treatment and the conditioner were a bit hard to get out, so they have to stand upside down in the shower, not the end of the world really ^^ I was initially a bit skeptical about the line since I am very sensitive to AHA in skincare, but I haven't seen or felt any of that and have been able to use it every time I wash my hair. I leave the conditioner in for a minute and have the bottle upside down to get something out hihi. I think you don't need much, just the right amount. Like the other products, my hair feels so incredibly soft and smooth when I rinse it out. I really love the whole line as it has made my hair not look so damaged after a lot of bleaching at home, not as many split ends, and when my hair dries, it is divine soft and looks healthier. They have a nice scent and the only thing I find a bit annoying is probably the Pre Treatment since it takes a bit longer than usual and is an extra step, but maybe I'll get used to it. Just pre treatment products are quite new for me ^^
