Glossy Hair Mask
I have now tried the Gloss Revive Hair Mask together with the shampoo, conditioner, and mist from the same series, and you can really tell that the products are designed to complement each other🤗 The mask has a thick, creamy consistency that feels luxurious and easy to distribute in the hair without being sticky. The consistency almost feels whipped! The scent is mild and fresh with a hint of floral and vanilla, giving a clean and pleasant feeling. After use, the hair feels soft and smooth followed by a nice shine that hides frizz! I noticed the best results after the third time I used the whole series together. Then the hair felt stronger, shinier, and healthier. The mask really gives that extra boost of moisture that makes a difference, especially for hair that easily becomes dry or frizzy ✨ The mask can also be used alone as it is, and even that I thought gave results. My frizz was toned down and the hair became more manageable. Didn’t suit me
The hair mask is simple and easy to use, and you don’t need a lot of product to cover the hair, which is a plus. It has a pleasant scent, but here too I wished the scent was much more pronounced and lasted longer. Unfortunately, the hair mask didn’t become a personal favorite either. After use, my hair feels quite heavy, and I almost get the feeling that there is a film or coating over the hair. The packaging follows the same classic Waterclouds design as the rest of the series. For me, it’s a product that works okay, but doesn’t quite live up to the expectations of a nourishing hair mask. Heavenly hair mask
I have had the honor of testing 4 different products from #waterclouds as #lykoinflutester. I’m so so sorry that my reviews are a bit late, but that’s mainly because I missed the date and also because we moved, so it’s been a bit chaotic😅. But here is at least my review of the hair mask/treatment from this shine-giving series. A little about my hair: Coarse strands Naturally curly/wavy Frizzy Bleached Sensitive scalp I have tested a product line with similar products as well, but these from Waterclouds were both better for the wallet and a bit nicer🩷 The mask has a light, lovely almost whipped feel and texture. I like the packaging and the design itself is nice. When I use the mask, my hair becomes very soft and moisturized, I also experience less frizz. I have used the mask together with the other products in the same series to get maximum shine✨ But when you have naturally curly/wavy and frizzy hair, the shine never really reaches 100% like it can with other hair types. It definitely gets much better, but the biggest result is probably seen with another hair type🙈 The result is soft, shiny, and moisturized hair. The perfect moisture boost for dry and frizzy hair!😍
My hair is naturally curly, dry, and quite frizzy, and it gets tangled very easily, so my lengths definitely need some extra moisture. I have tried quite a few hair masks, but this one has really impressed me! The mask leaves my hair incredibly soft, smooth, and shiny without making it feel heavy or greasy. After using it, my hair feels much more nourished and manageable, and I notice a big difference especially in the ends. Silky soft hair!!
The treatment is probably the star of this series for me. It has a rich, creamy texture that is easy to distribute in the ends, and the hair becomes noticeably softer and easier to comb out. Also feels healthier. The frizz calms down considerably, and the hair gets a very nice and natural shine after blow-drying. If you have very thin hair, it’s enough to focus only on the ends so it doesn’t get too heavy, but for normal to dry hair it gives just the extra moisture you need 1-2 times a week. As a LykoTest Influencer, I had the honor of testing the wonderful products from the Waterclouds Water Clouds series ☁️✨ A little about my hair: I have medium-length, naturally curly hair (about 2C), which is also both bleached and colored. Since my hair is curly, I really need products that provide a lot of moisture, help retain moisture, and at the same time reduce frizz. In this review, I mainly focus on the mask, even though my final experience with the series is based on using the products together. I have now tried the hair mask once and was actually positively surprised! 😍 The hair became incredibly soft and shiny. I have previously written that the shampoo itself did not make much difference for my hair, while the conditioner gave a clear softness. But when I also added the hair mask, the result was even better. I also feel that the hair color is really well preserved. My hair looks more alive and gets a lovely shine, which I really appreciate since bleached and colored hair can easily feel tired and frizzy. What I like extra much is that the series suits my naturally curly hair well. It provides a lot of moisture, and my hair was not nearly as frizzy, but felt soft, moisturized, and nice. I was almost a bit doubtful whether I had rinsed out the hair mask properly because the hair became so incredibly soft – but without feeling heavy or oily. After using shampoo, conditioner, and hair mask together, I think that both the shine, feel, and hair color became much better. Thick and long-lasting hair mask
I liked the Gloss Revive conditioner line more. I felt it was sufficient on its own for my thin, dry hair. This one felt too thick and creamy for my thin hair, and I didn’t notice any added benefit compared to the conditioner. I believe this might be better for thicker hair. For thin hair, it might even be a bit weighing down. It seems very long-lasting; a small amount is enough, so I think it offers good value for money within that context if the product otherwise suits you. I wouldn’t buy it again. Smoothing Hair Mask
Nourishing, but not too heavy ✨ I have tried the Gloss Revive hair mask a few times together with other products from the line. The mask spreads easily and already feels wonderfully soft when applied. After use, the hair feels soft, smooth, and well cared for, but the mask doesn’t feel too heavy or leave the hair feeling weighed down. My hair is bleached and I have extensions, so I look for nourishment and softness from products. The scent is also wonderfully pleasant, like the other products in the line. Craving extra gloss???
If I want to give my hair a little extra love, this is definitely the product I reach for. The mask feels rich and nourishing, but what I appreciate most is that my hair doesn’t feel heavy afterward. I usually let it sit for about five minutes, and you can feel the result immediately when rinsing it out. Gloss like no other
This hair mask is absolutely lovely. I really like that it comes in a jar with a screw cap, it’s easier to take the right amount of product this way – at least that’s what I think. Just like the rest of the series, the mask has a nice and mild scent, having the same scent for the whole series is a big plus since the hair only smells like one thing. The hair becomes incredibly soft, gets a nice shine, and generally looks less damaged! It’s easy to work into the hair as it’s quite thick and doesn’t run when in contact with damp hair.
