    Hicap's new foundation stick quickly became a favorite of mine as it gives a natural and beautiful result. In the pictures, I have a thin layer of it and a little glow from the Nyx blush I use in the look. Thin and fine formula that barely feels on the skin, natural and very pretty, and I like it ✨❤️. I'm eager to try their blush and bronzer now ❤️. Holds well all day without looking dry or too shiny 👌. I bought mine at Lyko of course ❤️. Is it worth buying?     Tips?

    Hey! I recently ordered this for the first time. I had high expectations since it has received such great reviews, but I can't quite get it to work. I find that it mostly glides around on my skin, and where it actually sticks, it sneaks into my pores. What am I doing wrong? I have an oily T-zone, usually use the Cooling aqua jelly day cream from Dermalogica, no primer. I thought that the day cream might not work with the Hickap Wonder Base (silicone-based?), so I also tried skipping the day cream and just using a hyaluronic serum underneath, it didn't get noticeably better but maybe a little. I also tried hyaluronic serum + primer from By Lyko, no difference, the pores became possibly even more visible. Is it just that it doesn't suit me, or could there be something else I'm doing wrong? Can it get like this if you use too much product? Grateful for any tips, I really want to make it work for me!

      Hey Caroline Try applying it with a different tool than you usually do, it can affect more than you think. If it doesn't work at all on the areas where you're more combination, it works just as well to use as a concealer and then you can have it on your drier areas Wishing you a lovely day! 💌

    Is it worth the money?

    Is it worth the money? I have pretty light skin tone, so I was wondering if I should buy 1 W, I think that was the lightest. I wonder if it’s also bad for dry skin? And for those of you who have tried that color, does it look pink on? Grateful for answers😊

      Hey Vindelis! 👋🏻😊 These sticks are super great for dry skin as they are enriched with moisturizing and softening ingredients! If you have a light skin tone with a neutral undertone, I recommend 1C. However, if you have a warmer undertone, 1W is a better option 🤭 Take care!

    An absolutely awesome product, and great value for money! It’s long-lasting, just like the hickaps bronzer stick that has lasted over a year for me! The stick has a medium coverage. However, I read some of the reviews before I ordered and saw that many were dissatisfied with the product being very warm in tone. But I would recommend choosing a "neutral/cool tone" even if you have a warm complexion. It worked really well for me! #lykomission

    My own skin, but better ✨

    I love how soft it is on the skin and it looks like my own skin but better ✨ It's more covering than Caias, so I use quite a little product since I don't want it to be that covering. The only downside is that it's too warm in tone even though this is supposed to be a cool one 💖

    Which sticks?

    I'm considering buying makeup sticks from hickap, but I don't know which ones. I want vintage rose, that's all I know. Then I also want bronzer/contour. I saw that you can buy a base stick in a darker shade for that, but there are also bronzer/contour sticks.. how do you choose then? And which base sticks are most similar to icy chai and golden truffle?

The stick is super gentle on sensitive skin and enriched with moisturizing and softening ingredients such as hyaluronic acid, coconut oil, apricot oil, aloe vera, and chamomile extract. Creamy stick foundation is easy to use, fits perfectly in your handbag, and gives a fantastic result.

The Wonder Base is also excellent for use as a bronzer, contour, and concealer. By using the same formula for the various applications, you achieve a completely seamless result with less risk of the makeup rolling.

• Concealer: To use The Wonder Base as a concealer - choose a shade that is 1-2 two steps lighter than your foundation
• Contour: To use The Wonder Base for contouring – choose a cool shade 2 steps darker than your foundation.
• Bronzer: To use The Wonder Base as a bronzer - choose a warm shade that is 2 steps darker than your foundation.

Use:
The formula easily absorbs into the skin and can therefore be applied with any tool. After moisturizing your skin - swipe the stick directly onto the skin or use a compact brush or makeup sponge. Regardless of the method, you will experience a smooth and perfect finish every time.

For a natural and less covering result – wet a makeup sponge and squeeze out excess water. Apply The Wonder Base directly to the skin and blend with the damp sponge.

For a more covering result - use a makeup brush or a dry makeup sponge. Apply the stick directly to the skin and blend with your chosen tool OR pick up formula from your tool and then apply to the skin.
