    Full house! 🥳

    With hair that has gone from being straight and smooth, to hair that is curly and dry, the "right kind" of products are needed. And for about 15 years now, I have also been dyeing my hair, about every three weeks. I only dye the roots though. As my hair has become curlier and curlier, and drier and drier, I have tried many different hair masks. Hair masks that are supposed to be tailored for dry or curly hair. Some have been good, and some have been really bad. Hydrate me is not just good, it is freaking good! 🥳 The hair mask has a thick and rich consistency that moisturizes and makes my dry, frizzy hair soft and manageable. And my hair is easier to brush through and detangle when I have used the hair mask than it was with the previous hair mask I had. I do have to use quite a bit of product though. But I always have to do that, considering my hair type. And in comparison to the previous hair mask I had, I still need to use less product. If that makes sense? 😅 Incredibly practical packaging with a pump! Despite the mask's thick consistency, it doesn't "clog" in the pump. The mask has a perfumed scent. I find it quite hard to describe scents, but it smells perfumed anyway. 😅 I wouldn't say that the strength of the scent is strong. Simply just the right strength. The only thing I can think of that would be "less good" is that the hair mask is a bit pricey. But overall, it is a complete hit for my hair. 🥳🥳 #LYKOINFLUTESTER #KEVINMURPHY

    I'm way too impatient for such a hair mask

    I was so lucky to receive the Kevin Murphy Hydrate Me Masque to test it out as #lykoinflutester 💜 I have medium-length, damaged, and colored hair that struggles a lot in the winter. So I was very excited about this series from Kevin Murphy. I wash my hair about 2 times a week. I've been using this hair mask along with shampoo and conditioner from Kevin Murphy for the last 4 weeks. It says that this hair mask is supposed to be a moisturizing and smoothing mask for frizzy, coarse, or colored hair. My first impression of the packaging is that I wish it was in a jar. Hair masks in pump bottles are such a hassle, especially when it starts to get low. And I really struggled to get this one going when I had it in the shower for the first time. I probably spent 10 minutes trying to get the pump to work 😩 But it eventually worked. The consistency is like most hair masks, like a slightly thicker conditioner. The scent, however, I'm not a fan of. I think it smells a bit like men's perfume, and actually of all the products I've tested from Kevin Murphy. Fortunately, the scent doesn't linger in the hair when it's dry 👏🏻 I apply the hair mask to my hair after shampoo, it says that you can also apply it to the scalp. But it should be left in the hair for 5-10 minutes. Something I personally think is way too long to wait for a hair mask. I really like effective hair masks that you don't have to leave in for so long. Otherwise, it becomes a very long affair to take a shower 🕰️ Especially annoying is when you've been waiting so long in the shower for the hair mask to be "done", that the hair doesn't look particularly hydrated or repaired after washing. My hair looks extremely dull and lifeless. And feels very dry and frizzy. So everything but what this hair mask promises.. I've almost been looking forward to this testing period being over so I can go back to my regular hair products. Because I miss having soft, shiny, and hydrated hair 🥲 It could also be that my hair type isn't the best for this mask, or that I should use it with a different type of shampoo and conditioner. But so far, I'm not very impressed. Especially considering the price! I think many cheaper brands have better hair masks that provide lots of moisture and shine to the hair, and only need to work for 1 minute 🥹 #kevinmurphy

    Hydrate me masque

    Love it! Nice packaging with pump bottle! My hair is long and quickly gets a bit frizzy and dry, while also being fine thin strands that make many moisture masks too heavy. This hair treatment was top-notch! It does what it promises, without the hair feeling greasy and heavy. Very satisfied! I've been using it for a few weeks and can feel a difference in hair quality. Wow! I like the scent, it actually smells a bit like expensive skincare! (Most likely Bergamot and evening primrose oil), so full marks from me! Highly recommend trying it on dry, lifeless hair!     Hydrate Me Masque 200 ml

    As a #lykoinflutester, this time I received shampoo, conditioner, and hair mask from #kevinmurphy. They come in practical bottles for shampoo and conditioner, and a pump bottle for the hair mask. I've wanted to try products from #kevinmurphy for a while now, they've been all over social media. The scent of the products is a bit unusual, maybe just unfamiliar. But I think it smells a bit more like men's products. I had recently dyed my hair, so the products really showed their effect. The hair mask feels good in the hair, better than the conditioner. But with both the mask and the conditioner, I wish they gave the hair a boost. I rely on other products after both conditioner and mask to give my hair enough moisture after coloring. The product does its job, but I don't feel any wow factor.

    Pretty okay hair mask

    I received 3 products from #kevinmurphy to test as #lykoinlfutester 🤩 A bit about my hair: I have fine hair strands typical of Nordic hair, with some curls and frizz here and there, a bit dry in the lengths. I was really excited about this hair treatment! I think the bottle looks really nice, I liked that it’s a pump bottle. This is supposed to provide moisture and tame frizz. On the first use, I thought it worked really well! Thick in consistency and I immediately think that this provides a lot of care! It was very nice to apply, smelled just okay, and was easy to rinse out. I felt that my hair got good care and was easy to comb and style afterwards. But the next day, my hair was completely greasy and flat.. 😫 I thought maybe I had used too much or hadn’t rinsed it out well, but this happened every time I used it.. It seems like it’s unfortunately way too heavy for my hair. So unfortunately, this didn’t work well for my hair.

    Fantastic hair mask🤩

    I have been so lucky to test this wonderful product from Kevin Murphy. A hair mask for frizzy, coarse, dry, and colored hair. Perfect now after winter when the hair needs lots of extra moisture 💦 My hair is long, colored, smooth, dry, and damaged, so it quickly becomes "dull" and looks lifeless. I have used the entire series with shampoo and conditioner + this mask, which is recommended for the best effect. I can quickly feel that my hair gets greasy after a short time if it’s the wrong product for my hair, but I haven’t experienced that with this hair mask🙏🏻☺️ It has a lovely consistency and smells mildly perfumed (good!). I have nothing to criticize about this product and have probably found a new favorite😍. Convenient that it is also a pump bottle, which makes it easy☺️ Can highly recommend🔥🔥🔥 #kevinmurphy #lykoinflutester

    Moisturizes hair well

    I have surface dry, frizzy, and colored hair, so moisturizing hair masks are really important to me. I've been using this mask once a week for three weeks. The first thing I noticed was the scent, which wasn't really to my liking at first. Luckily, I got used to it after a few uses. I especially like that this mask can also be used on the scalp. My scalp dries out really easily, especially in the winter, so this was a big plus. My hair has been really shiny and soft after use. I also notice a difference in tangling, as my hair often gets tangled easily, but after this use, my hair stays much smoother for a couple of days and doesn't tangle the same way. Even right after rinsing, my hair feels really smooth and soft, which is a lovely feeling. The jar is also quite economical if you use the product once or twice a week. In my jar, there might have been a small issue, as it was difficult to get the product out without the lid coming off completely. The product is a bit pricey, but since it works so well for my hair, I could still see myself buying this. #LYKOINFLUTESTER #KevinMurphy

    I have been on a mission as #lykoinflutester to test some products from #kevinmurphy over the course of a few weeks 🤗 This hair mask is part of the Hydrate.me series, which consists of moisturizing and color-preserving products. My hair requires quite a bit of moisture, so I was very happy to get to test this product. However, I mostly have natural hair color (I’m in the process of growing it out), so I’m unfortunately not the right person to judge that particular property. My first impression of the hair mask is that it feels luxurious and professional, as always with Kevin Murphy's products. The packaging is sleek and pretty, and the muted purple color looked really nice on the shower shelf 😁 (Those who have read my other reviews know that I think packaging and especially colors are a bit important!) I personally think it smells a bit dull, it doesn’t smell bad at all but almost nothing at all - suitable for those who don’t want any strong scents. I have now used the hair mask three times, and I felt it was moisturized and lovely already after the first use. It feels reasonably shiny and manageable (as promised), but maybe not more than any other comparable hair mask. Whether it preserves color well or poorly, I can’t really judge, but I have no reason to doubt it anyway. My assessment is that it is a high-quality hair mask, and that Kevin Murphy is a safe and reliable brand. My overall rating gives it a 4 out of 5 - I am satisfied with the result but don’t think it’s a wow product. It does belong to the slightly higher price range, and if I personally am to think it’s worth a few extra bucks, it would need to stand out more from the crowd. I would recommend this hair mask to someone who is primarily looking for gentle products for colored hair, without too much scent.

    I have tested the Hydrate me masque from Kevin Murphy. My thin damaged hair, which has been through several rounds of both coloring and bleaching, needs good care. I was excited to try this since I have good experience with Kevin Murphy. The bottle is a practical pump bottle with a cool design. It’s easy to get the product out. I let the mask work for about 10 minutes before rinsing it out and finishing with conditioner. I liked the packaging, the consistency, and the scent. The hair becomes soft and cared for, but I can’t say it gave me any wow effect. For me, I don’t see more effect from this than an average conditioner. #lykoinflutester #kevinmurphy

    Hydrate me Masque

    I have tested this #kevinmurphy hair mask and here are my thoughts after a couple of weeks. For background, my hair is quite dry at the ends and I wash my hair 2 times a week. I usually don’t use hair masks but I use conditioner as well as leave-in conditioner and hair oil after the shower. The mask has a very thick consistency but spreads easily. The scent is very strong and perfumey, it smells just like a perfume bottle, which isn’t really to my taste. However, it doesn’t linger in my hair for too long, in my opinion. The mask should be left in the hair for about ten minutes, which is longer than I’m used to. My hair does feel soft when rinsing it out, but unfortunately, I didn’t notice that my hair looked particularly more hydrated or shinier after the shower. All in all, a functional product but not mind-blowing😇 #lykoinflutester

    I am actually impressed by this hair mask, which is not good for my wallet, 😂. My scalp is dry, itchy, and sensitive about 90% of the year. But after using this hair mask on my hair and scalp, it has gotten so much better. It says to leave it on for 5-10 minutes, but sometimes I've only had it in for 2 minutes and it has worked fine. I think my hair feels soft, looks smooth and nice, and my hair is definitely less frizzy. The scent. Again with KMs products, I'm not a fan. The packaging. It has a nice color and looks good on the shelf, but! I had to struggle for a long time for the pump to work, and why a pump? 😅 feels very awkward with a tiny pump when you're in the middle of a shower and you have to stand there trying to pump out enough product 🤭 Other than that, I am very satisfied! My purple hair still looks almost freshly dyed after several washes. As #lykoinflutester I got the opportunity to test products from #kevinmurphy, including this hair mask.
