Amazing Product!
I have tried so many foundations and tinted moisturizers, but this skin tint truly exceeded my expectations! 🌟 A bit about my skin: I have super acne-prone skin, and now that I’m on acne medication, it’s also very dry and can be a bit oily (combination skin). What I look for in a foundation or skin tint is a product that doesn’t cause breakouts, that covers my acne marks, and that lasts all day. This product checks all the boxes! An absolute new favorite!! It melts into the skin in a way that makes it look naturally fresh, without feeling heavy or cakey. Perfect for anyone wanting a more even skin tone without it looking made up. Moisture that lasts The big plus for me is the moisturizing effect. With hyaluronic acid and niacinamide, my skin feels soft and hydrated all day, without getting oily. The only thing I’ve noticed is that I tend to get dry patches, which also happens with this skin tint, but that’s also due to my very dry skin. Perfect for sensitive skin Since the product is fragrance-free and gentle, my sensitive skin hasn’t reacted at all – no breakouts, redness, or irritation. I have the honor as a #LYKOINFLUTESTER to test #MILKMAKEUP ’s hydro grip gel tint foundation. 👱🏼♀️me as a tester: I have a combination skin type. Often troubled by my dry skin. Large pores on my face, mostly over the cheeks. 🌟 the product: A buildable and lightweight product that easily evens out skin tone and lasts all day without clogging pores or settling into creases and fine lines. It’s supposed to last up to 12H. 📝 my opinion: This is probably the worst foundation I have ever used for my dry skin type. It settles into all pores and all creases. The feel is a typical “theater makeup foundation,” i.e., extremely thick and hard to work out with a brush. It disappears from the skin immediately if you, for example, blow your nose or touch your face. It also creates large dry patches where I am driest, i.e., around the nose, which is then very hard to even out once it’s on the skin and in those dry areas. My new favorite!
Darlings! I had the opportunity to test this product through #LYKOTESTPILOT #MILKMAKEUP I have dry skin and have some pigmentation that I would like to cover! I am extremely satisfied with the product as it requires a small amount that covers the entire face. If you want more coverage, it builds up nicely without any issues. I have tested working the product in with my fingers, beauty blender brush AND powder puff, and all have worked well! It covers my pigmentation with a small layer the size of a pea, and it’s possible to both shower and bathe with the product without it running off the face. I will use this product frequently as it withstands water, sweat, and stays on the face all day. I have used shade no. 11 and could easily use no. 10 as well. Number 11 will be perfect in summer as it will get warm and makeup will want to run off the face. The consistency is quite thick, so don’t be fooled into thinking you need more because of the consistency. A little tip is to let the product sink in for about 3-5 minutes before you build it up or go in with the next product. Another plus is that you get such an incredibly nice glow and the skin feels fresh and hydrated. An extra bonus is that it comes in a tube that can be cut open when the product is running low. Moisturizes skin & evens out its tone
In the top picture, my skin is before Gel Tint. In the bottom picture, my skin is with Gel Tint. Package: An attractive-looking tube! 💙 The visibility of the foundation through the letters is a fun detail, as it shows how much product is left. The cap/dispenser was not my favorite, as the pressure caused the product to squirt out when opened. I feel that this made the use of the product messier. I prefer tubes with a pump mechanism. That way, the pressure doesn't push the product out. Shade: My skin is light with a yellow undertone, which is why I chose shade 4 - light and neutral to warm. Gel Tint applied smoothly to my skin, so there was no makeup line between my neck and face, wow! Additionally, I have slightly redder spots on my nose, which Gel Tint naturally evened out :) User experience: I like that makeup products combine the benefits of skincare! The foundation wonderfully moisturized my skin and didn't feel heavy at all. I also give plus points for being fragrance-free (my skin is dry and sensitive)! The product evened out my skin tone and gave a glow. However, since I'm used to thick BB creams, this product is a bit too light in texture/coverage for me. The product is still very brightening and does what it promises. I recommend it to those who prefer a lighter texture and a more subtle/gradual coverage. Ps. Good and long-lasting product
I took number 7 and thought it would be too light as soon as I put a little on my face, but it wasn't. It was enough with very little, didn't want it to be too covering but mostly to even out, and it delivered very well. A product where you don't need to use much, very long-lasting, and it sits very nicely on the skin… very satisfied! Not a match made in heaven for me
I got to test this product for Lyko and was excited since I usually love Milk's products. I had hoped this would become a new favorite, but unfortunately, it didn't work well for me😔 The consistency of the product is very sticky, and I found it hard to work it in and get it to melt into the skin – no matter if I used fingers, a brush, or a beauty blender🧽 Even with good prepping and moisture underneath, it flaked off throughout the day, especially around the nose and on the forehead. Doesn't stay on
I bought this because I heard it was good for dry skin, not so much coverage and glowing. They advertise heavily that it should last for 12 hours. I have tested this now for a week, with setting powder, without setting powder, with setting spray and without. I can't get this to stay on, it lasts max 4 hours on the skin before it either completely falls off in some places (especially around the mouth), or becomes patchy and clings to all dry areas.Translated from norwegian

Perfect for my skin
I have some challenges with my skin that make it difficult to find products that work the way I want. It is sensitive, has dry patches, unevenness in both texture and color, and it is also starting to mature as the years go by. Therefore, I was very excited to try this product. Often products feel nice in the store, but that can change when I try it on my face. I prepped my skin as I always do, a lot of moisture is my priority. My first impression of the product was that it felt a bit thick. But it is super easy to spread out and melts into the skin. The skin quickly gets an even color. I have actually never experienced an easier application. I do not feel that it settles into the lines or becomes uneven around the nose or eye area. I let it set a bit while I found what I usually use in my daily makeup. Sometimes I can experience that applying bronzer in powder form can ruin the tint, but that was absolutely not the case here. Both bronzer and blush applied very nicely. Throughout the day, it holds up well, even after a hectic day. Conclusion: A tint that feels incredibly light on the skin. Easy to apply, absorbs quickly into the skin, and leaves it neither sticky nor cakey. Works well with the other products I use. My sensitive skin has not reacted negatively to it, and my skin does not feel dry throughout the day. Very nice texture
Super happy with this product since I'm not that into foundation and prefer lighter skin products. As the name promises, I think this skin tint sits extremely well and gives an even, nice texture. Personally, I really like a slightly dewy and hydrated finish, so I would have liked to see even more glow. But for combination and oily skin types, I think this is perfect. The "grippy" texture also makes it a bit difficult to blend out, but that's something you almost have to expect.
