Wanted something new for the fall and was very positively surprised by the beautiful berry tone. Also nice on the lips! Feels like the durability is better on the new sticks compared to the old ones. Love the new colorsHonestly had a bit of trouble with the milks stick before, as they weren’t so easy to blend (preferred their jelly tints), but this new formula is really so good! Much easier to blend & moisturizing & a light shine in itself (not glitter but shine). Tried Vapor which is that perfect everyday pink in a fairly neutral tone. You can easily apply this and wear it during the day, and you can build it up for a bit more drama in the evening. I feel that many creamy products emphasize texture, but not the #milkmakeup products. The blush lasted wonderfully on the skin throughout the day, still without powdering. The product packaging is beautiful and simple, yet at the same time eye-catching and functional. The Cloud 9 shade suits my fair skin: my skin but better effect. I fell in love but must admit that I will buy these very, very rarely – the reason being the price, which is at the limit of my budget. Vapor has a softly blurring, matte finish with a kind of soft focus effect, and I think it melts very nicely into the skin without looking dry or powdery. The color also matches my skin tone much better and gives a natural, flattering flush. I especially like that the formula still feels soft and comfortable even though the finish is more matte. It’s easy to apply and blend out, and I think the result looks very even and like a “second skin” on the cheeks. On the lips, it wasn’t quite my favorite, but as a blush I liked it very much. It should be said that I generally don’t like multi-products on the lips. The new packaging is also a big improvement. The old Milk sticks I had could be a bit tricky to use, and I found that they dried out quite quickly. This one feels much more refined, and I love that you can now see the color on the lid. The post was made 3 weeksRating: 4 out of 5Verifierad testareNice color, but not very matteWas so lucky to receive the relaunch of the “Lip + Cheek Blur Stick” from Milk Makeup as #lykoinflutester! 🤍 I’ve been so incredibly excited about the relaunch of Milk Makeup’s iconic makeup sticks, as I was never a big fan of the previous version of these sticks. What’s new is mainly: ▫️More product, 8 g instead of 6 g. ▫️New shape of the sticks and new packaging with a new closing mechanism. And there’s a picture of the color on the top. ▫️Creamy formula that contains lots of skincare ingredients like hyaluronic acid, ceramides, jojoba seed oil, etc. ▫️More color shades (24 before, now 32) The difference between this and the regular “Lip + Cheek” is that this one is supposed to have a blurring, matte effect on the skin as well. I chose this in the color “Vapor.” A beautiful mauvy pink 🩷 I prefer to apply this directly on a brush instead of directly on the cheeks. Mostly to have more control over the product and to be sure I don’t ruin the base underneath. But honestly, these are so soft and creamy that I doubt they would ruin the base. But this color is also incredibly pigmented, so applying it like that can be pretty smart 😃 The formula is so smooth and easy to blend for an even result. But honestly, I don’t see much of the blurring and matte effect it’s supposed to give. I actually think I look quite glowy after applying. Luckily, I prefer glowy cheeks over matte ✨ This is also incredibly nice on the lips to get a tone-on-tone look with lips and cheeks. Moisturizing and a nice color that matches the cheeks 🥰 I’m also a big fan of the new packaging. It looks much more luxurious now than before. And being able to see the color on the top is a big plus. Very happy with this. This multi-stick you can really use on the face. As you can see in my video, I use it on cheeks, eyes, and lips 👄 and it applies super nicely! Buildable color, actually blurs the skin as promised, and easy to blend out! And as always, I loooove makeup that also has some good skincare in it. It’s super easy to use and gives a nice, natural color on both cheeks and lips. I especially like that you can build up the color depending on how much you want. It melts nicely into the skin and doesn’t feel heavy or cakey. I have very acne-prone skin and have used this for a few weeks, I haven’t noticed any new pimples or breakouts, which I’m super happy about!! I think it gives a nice glow without being too glittery. I also love that you can use the same product on both lips and cheeks, which makes it perfect when you want a quick and easy makeup look. I like to keep it in my handbag for when I need to do small touch-ups! The only negative is the price – I think it’s a bit expensive for the amount of product you get. The texture is very creamy and when applied, it feels like the product melts onto the skin. The shade is beautiful both on the cheeks and also on the lips. Especially on the lips, the pigmentation is really strong, so you can use a very small amount and still get a striking result. A small downside is that I think the product doesn’t smell very pleasant.
