Perfect SPF on top of makeup!
I have had the honor to test this product and it definitely gets 5/5 stars from me! Not worth the price
To be honest, I haven’t had the chance to properly test this sunscreen since I’ve only had it at home for just over a week and haven’t spent many continuous hours in the sun since then. What I can say is that I haven’t gotten sunburned during the time I’ve actually been outside! However, I did become a bit skeptical about how well and how long it protects, considering it’s recommended to use another base sunscreen under makeup and then this one for reapplication. You’d expect an SPF50 sunscreen to fully protect as long as you apply enough, right? Maybe it’s about them thinking you can “save” the product just for reapplication where it mainly comes into its own, considering it actually costs 249 SEK for 15 ml. That’s pricey, in my opinion! The advantage of this one is really the packaging. It’s convenient to carry in your bag without worrying about leaks or mess. It’s also easy to apply with the cushion pad. However, it’s very hard to tell how much product you’ve actually applied. It feels like the “sponge” soaks up quite a bit and you can’t see how much ends up on your face. Regarding how it behaves over makeup, I actually feel like the wrong person to ask. I rarely wear makeup, and when I do, I use a very thin and lightweight base! I think I could probably get the same result by using a lightweight sunscreen and applying it with a beauty blender. No white cast, light formula, and moisturizing promised, and that’s true🌟 It also doesn’t have any unpleasant scent. Advertisement for Smuuti Skin (PR) SUNSCREEN TEST 2026 ☀️ Earlier this spring, Smuuti Skin launched what many of us have been asking for, a sunscreen in cushion format for easy reapplication on the go 🏃🏻♀️➡️ 🍑 Peach Barrier Sun Cushion SPF50 is a lightweight sunscreen cream in a compact case with an applicator. Super convenient to carry in your bag and easy to apply no matter where you are. I really like this one for its purpose! It works great for reapplying sunscreen even when you have makeup on (but also without). I don’t think it lifts my makeup and the applicator is easy to wash off between uses. Would I recommend it as a base sunscreen? No. It requires too much product and it gets too expensive if you need to apply that much to get full protection. Since the product only contains 15 ml, that’s only 6 applications, so it’s better to use a base sunscreen in the morning and have this one for topping up during the day 💁🏻♀️ I also wish it was refillable to be a bit more environmentally friendly (I’ve managed to loosen part of the case, but I don’t dare break more because I’m afraid it will break), but hopefully that will come 💭 The finish is somewhat on the glowy side, but not over the top. I haven’t experienced any stinging in the eyes either, but that might be because you can’t apply too much or directly on the eyelids if you apply it over makeup. Light and nice sunscreen
I have tried the Smuuti Skin Peach Barrier Peach Sun Cushion, and this is a product that has made it much easier to apply sun protection during the day, also over makeup. What I like best is how practical the packaging is. It takes up little space and is easy to carry in the bag, making it easy to reapply sunscreen when on the go. The applicator is comfortable to use, and the product is quick and easy to apply. I have normal skin but can sometimes get eczema and have a bit sensitive skin, so a big plus that it is fragrance-free. The sunscreen absorbs nicely into the skin without leaving the face white. It sits nicely over makeup without moving it or making it patchy. Additionally, the skin feels soft and well moisturized after use. I really like the consistency of the sunscreen, which is light and gives a nice glow as well as moisture to the skin. Black girl friendly
Tested a new product from #smuutiskin Peach Barrier Peach Sun Cushion. In my opinion, this product is "Black Girl friendly" as it does not leave a white cast on the face. The product melts into the skin, sits nicely on the skin, and works great over makeup. The skin also feels moisturized after use. The cushion format is convenient, hygienic, and perfect to carry in the handbag, which I think is a plus. The only downside, hence 4 stars, is that the product contains only 15 ml, which I find a bit pricey and will run out quickly. Super cute packaging and great glow!
As an influester, I’ve had the chance to test this sunscreen from smuuti skin, perfect for summer time!🥳 I love the packaging it comes in, super nice color and good size, perfect when you’re on the go.☺️ The applicator is shaped like a heart which is also cute, and there’s a mirror in the packaging.🌸 The sunscreen melts nicely into the skin and works well to use over makeup. The sunscreen is also good, hasn’t burned me even once.🥰 The only thing I find difficult with the product is estimating how much sunscreen to use with each application. Good, needs makeup ☀️
I have tested this SPF from #smuutiskin with #lykoinflutester and here are my thoughts on it! 😊 ✨ First impression was good, convenient packaging with a small lock so it stays closed in the bag. ✨ I have no particular opinions about the pump function, neither for nor against! I like that it feels hygienic but it's a bit cumbersome to have to press the pump down with both hands. ✨ No scent, which I really like! ✨ The formula is very light and absorbs quickly. That's a big plus! ✨ I have tried patting this on with the puff over makeup which has worked well! Tip 💛 However, I think this is too expensive for what you get. 15 ml product for 250 kr is a bit steep for me. Smuuti skin SPF 50
Tested the Smuuti Peach Sun Cushion for a few weeks and have mixed vibes about it. I like the texture, but I wasn’t a big fan of the Cushion setup itself. Applying sunscreen with a cushion just wasn’t really my thing. However, it’s nice to bring on trips since it’s small and has a mirror inside, so that’s a plus! Super practical!
I’ve been lucky enough to test this product for a while, and I rate it 4/5 🌟 The product itself is very practical both in the cabinet and on the go – I haven’t been worried about it spilling 🫱🏼🫲🏽 Easy to bring to the beach, and since there’s a puff in the product, you don’t get a ton of sand on your face 😇 The only downside is that the puff quickly attracts a lot of small dust particles ☹️ The sunscreen has no perfume or scent – we like that, and it’s been very nice on sensitive skin 💛 No white cast, the product feels a bit richer and it’s easy to spread (also with your hands, without them getting sticky) 💐 Two general downsides: I’m not quite sure how much sunscreen I actually apply to my face, and you also don’t know how much product is left in the container 🥺 Otherwise a very nice and good product, mild and clean: definitely try it!! 😍 #lykoinflutester #smuutiskin221 views - The user's roll: Lyko Creator. Convenient new makeup topper ☀️
I've surprisingly liked this a lot! The cushion packaging makes it really easy to add sunscreen during the day, and it doesn't ruin the makeup. The product feels light, doesn't leave a white cast, and leaves the skin feeling nicely moisturized. According to my calculations, you need to apply about 10 presses to get the SPF50 protection promised on the packaging. Because of that, the product also runs out quite quickly, and one package doesn't last very long. Pros: * Really easy to add on top of makeup. * Light and not sticky. * Fragrance-free. * In my opinion, a much-needed new product in the sun protection market. Cons: – You need to use surprisingly a lot of product to get the protection. – The package empties quite quickly. All in all, I like this a lot and believe I will buy it again. I have been assigned as a #lykoinflutester to test this sunscreen from #smuutiskin! 🍑☀️ My first impression of this product was that I love the concept of the packaging and how it looks! It’s really a perfect size to have in your handbag and apply extra sunscreen during the day when you’re not at home. Even better is that you don’t have to get your hands messy with the sunscreen since it has a small puff (which is also a cute little heart) that you apply it with! Another plus is that it has a small mirror! ✨ But when I actually tested the sunscreen, I was a bit disappointed with the packaging (which I had high hopes for). I found it hard to tell how much sunscreen you get out of the packaging since you pump a little at a time directly onto the small puff. It’s really hard to know how much sunscreen you’re actually using. 😣 Apart from the packaging, I think the sunscreen itself is really good! 💕☀️ It’s an SPF50 that protects very well. Also, the formula feels light and it absorbs quickly into the skin. You don’t feel like you have sunscreen on your face. 🥰 It also has no scent, which is appreciated! It also works very well together with makeup! With other sunscreens, I’ve experienced that makeup applied over sunscreen can shift a bit or mix with the sunscreen, but this one didn’t, which is a big plus! 🫶 However, I think the price is a bit steep. It’s a great sunscreen with a fantastic formula, but 15ml of product for 249kr is a bit too much in my opinion. I have had the chance to test this product from smuuti skin over the past few weeks, and for me, who often looks for an easier way to reapply sunscreen, it was extra fun to try this! Below is my review ☀️ 🌸 MY SKIN - Combination skin, gets very dry during the winter months and oily in the summer! - Prone to pimples and clogged pores - A bit sensitive to perfumed products and vitamin C 🌸 PLUS - I really like the packaging. It’s very practical to carry in the bag - Very easy to use - Leaves no trace of sunscreen on the skin, even though I’ve tested it both with and without makeup - Fragrance-free 🌸 MINUS - Quite a small amount in the packaging, so it’s quite expensive in the long run. - A bit hard to know how much product you need to get the right amount of protection 🌸 OVERALL THOUGHTS I really like this product! Reapplying sunscreen can be so tricky, especially when you have makeup on, but this was so easy to use. I’ve tried different kinds of SPF mists before to apply sunscreen during the day, but often many feel oily and leave a film, but this one sits incredibly nicely. I also feel that it mattifies me a bit, which probably has to do with me having somewhat oily skin and the puff removing the oil, but regardless, I’m very happy with this product!
