Super nice primer with glow!
As a Lyko influencer tester, I got to try 3 products from the brand estelle&thild organic beauty, and this Morning Glow Radiant Primer was one of the products! A bit about my skin: Mature, normal/combination, large pores, occasional crow’s feet fine lines. And I often find it super hard to find the “right” products! And I can start by saying! I really fell in love with this primer during the test period! The packaging is simple like the other products, sleek and nice! Practical with the long tube tip and easy to dose the somewhat liquid formula! An incredibly nice primer that delivers as described! The primer melts nicely into the skin and gives an even radiant beautiful glow while moisturizing and evening out for a base before foundation, makeup, or alternative product! I have mostly used the primer as it is, think it looks really nice and it’s so light on the skin, melts in, no stickiness! For a festive or everyday look, a truly fantastic primer that gives a really beautiful radiant glow! The primer keeps the makeup in place and has a light fresh scent! Unfortunately not for me
Now it was time for a new mission – and this time it’s three products, brand new from Estelle & Thild. Who doesn’t love a new release? 🙏 First up among the reviews is this primer. I actually use primer quite rarely. Sometimes, when I use a more matte foundation or when my skin needs a little extra glow (the days I don’t wear foundation at all), I might reach for one of my glowy primers. However, I very rarely use primer to make makeup last longer or better, which is actually a primer’s main task. Since this primer promises glow, it should, on paper, be just right for me. But unfortunately… no 🙂↔️ Why? 👉 The scent – First and foremost, I can’t handle the smell. It’s that typical “organic” scent that to my nose reminds me of… silage. And unfortunately, it doesn’t go away. 👉 The glitter particles – There are clear glitter particles in the product that become very prominent in sunlight. For me, it’s a bit too much. 👉 Primer or highlighter? – I actually feel it works more as a highlighter than as a primer. 👉 It brightens the skin – On my sun-kissed skin, the result is almost like it puts a lighter shimmer on top of the skin, and that’s not really what I want from a primer. 👉 It dries down in no time and is impossible to get even. You can’t see in the picture how badly it matches me, it actually looks quite good. Unfortunately, that doesn’t quite match reality as I look more like the Tin Man from The Wizard of Oz. Maybe it suits very fair skin? However, I have tried mixing a drop into my foundation and then it works really well! I like that it gives a lovely glow and is easy to apply. I do NOT like the scent, almost unpleasant! Nor the texture, it’s almost like water. Then it feels a bit sticky on the skin, but maybe that’s how a primer should work?! Otherwise, I would have liked to use only this cream.75 views - The user's roll: Lyko Creator. GLOW ✨️ but doesn’t quite deliver as promised
Time for a new test as #lykoinflutester 🤍 I’ve only managed to test it once since I’ve been sick and looked roughly like Gollum for four days BUT: This primer really gives a glow, I first tested it on my hand where I felt it was a bit lightly white-shimmery but it settled really nicely on the face and under makeup. However, I’m only giving it 3 stars because it promises to even out skin tone and texture – which it doesn’t, as you can see in my video. For reference: I have rosacea and uneven skin texture. ✨️ It caused no irritation or breakouts on my sensitive skin. Absolutely fantastic glow!
As a #lykoinflutester, I had the honor of testing this product from #estellethild✨ Right from the first use, I fell in love with this glowing primer, and the more I’ve used it, the more I like it! 😍 It really gives an absolutely fantastic glow that stays beautiful all day, from start to finish. I also think it works incredibly well as a primer – makeup sits nicely on top and stays in place all day. The texture also feels pleasant and the product absorbs quickly into the skin. I also like how the packaging is designed; the applicator head seems to be made in a way that prevents the product from leaking out. In summary, this has become a real favorite during the testing period. Fantastic glow, works great as a primer, and also keeps makeup looking nice all day. Maybe my new favorite
I've gotten to try this primer from #estellethild for a few weeks now as #lykoinflutester, and I’ll need to test it a bit longer to decide if it’s a 5-star or not. (Will update later!) ➕ It absorbs nicely and quickly, I rubbed the product into my fingertips and then applied it to my face. It actually felt a bit like a serum. ➕ A little goes a long way! ➕ It doesn’t roll or flake off my skincare underneath and keeps my makeup lasting all day. ➕ It gives an incredible glow!! ➖ If you use too much, it can be a bit TOO much glow, like it has a metallic vibe? But that’s both good and bad because it really creates a blur effect! In the picture, I’m only wearing the primer so you can see how it looks on its own. ➖ It smells kind of like mosquito repellent 🙈 I honestly don’t understand why they chose to perfume it. That could have been skipped. ➖ A few pimples showed up after a few weeks of daily use. I usually don’t get pimples and couldn’t find any other culprit than this, but it could also be hormonal. Soooo, I’m going to pause using it for a while and then try again and will update on whether it actually was this primer that caused the pimples or not. Because I really like this primer and really want it to work!! It’s actually nice just as it is, without any foundation or CC cream. A good glow booster
I have tested this luminous primer for a while and really like the concept. It gives a very nice glow, and the skin looks fresh and radiant almost immediately. ✨ The glow appears quickly, and the product is very economical to use, so a little goes a long way, but at the same time, that’s also where the challenge lies for me. If I use as much primer as I normally would over the entire face, I find that the product sits a bit on top of the skin instead of melting in. Because you need so little product, I almost feel it works better as a glow booster on selected areas rather than a traditional primer all over the face. I think this is a product that requires some trial and error to get the most out of it. I still haven’t cracked the code, but I definitely think it has potential once you learn how it works best. Beautiful both with and without makeup
This primer gives a really nice glow and works just as well alone as under makeup 💅 I have actually used it mostly without makeup on these sunny days, when I just want to give my skin a little extra life without going for a full makeup look. It gives a fresh and healthy glow from the inside out, which I personally really like! The first thing I noticed was the scent. A slightly strong smell that is noticeable upon application but disappears quickly when the product is blended in, so it hasn't been a problem for me. What you should be a bit careful about is the amount of product you apply. The product is economical to use, and if you use too much, the glow can become a bit metallic. The primer also sets quite quickly, so it's worth working it in right away. When I applied too much product, it became a bit harder to blend out and I experienced getting white patches (see picture). When you find the right amount, however, it gives a really nice and natural glow ✨ The design is simple and natural, reflecting the product and the brand. Primers
This was definitely my favorite out of the three products ✨ It leaves such a beautiful glow on the face and makeup applies really well! This was a really different primer than I usually use because this texture was very liquid compared to others I have! I'm used to “grippy/sticky” primers so it was nice to try something else after a long time. I could buy the product again, a basically good product but I didn’t notice a big difference in makeup longevity. I've had the honor to try products from Estelle & Thild, and I didn't know much about their products before. But all three products I've tried have really surprised me! Including this primer – which gives such a beautiful glow to the skin 💫 It's easy to work out and melts nicely into the skin without leaving any sticky feeling behind. I've used Lumene CC Cream as a base, and they worked very well together. The skin looks smooth and even. The primer is a bit runny, so be careful when you take out the product. I have been using this primer for a few days and really like it! It feels light and moisturizing on the skin and absorbs nicely without feeling heavy or sticky. I really like the beautiful glow it gives. I think the skin looks fresher and more radiant while my makeup sits nicely on top. I have very acne-prone skin and some redness that I cover with makeup in the morning. I have used it without getting any acne or breakouts, which I think is a big plus. The skin feels soft and hydrated after application, and the primer works well as a base before foundation or tinted moisturizer. I also like that it is vegan and contains many natural ingredients. Luxury Primer
I have now had the chance to try this lovely ‘morning glow radiant primer’ from Estelle&Thild for quite some time🤩. They have released three fantastic products that I’ve been lucky enough to test🥰 The primer smells sooo good, really luxurious and it contains organic argan oil and aloe vera 🌱 It gives a really nice glow just as described. It lasts a long time on the skin and keeps makeup nicely in place. Can be used both with and without makeup🤩👌🏻 The only slight downside is that it dries very quickly and therefore doesn’t spread the product completely evenly over the skin, so it’s smart to have a well-moisturized base underneath before applying for best effect, otherwise it gets too cakey.
