Hi! I've been using this shampoo and conditioner for several years now and it's basically the only thing that works for my scalp. However, I have dry hair and would like to combine this shampoo with the "true soft" conditioner. Does that work or do you have other recommendations? Protein & moisture??
I wonder if these contain protein? my hair is dry and has some split ends here & there, and tests say that my hair has an excess of protein and too little moisture. I have no idea about my hair type, so I'm including pictures in case they matter. when I pull on a strand, it stretches just a liiitle before it breaks, should I have a balance of protein and moisture or just moisture? and are sulfates etc. bad?Translated from swedish
