Expensive but good
My last assignment as a Lyko influencer in 2025 consisted of three products from Verso. I have previously had great trust in Verso, mainly because it is a Swedish company, and what I have used from the brand before has never disappointed me. Here are my thoughts on these eye patches, but first a little about my skin around the eyes: 🫣 A whole lot of crow's feet. 😒 Rarely dark circles, but often I get bags under my eyes. (Constantly looking for a "quick fix" to achieve a fresher look in the morning) 🙂 Not particularly sensitive around the eyes. 🥴 Somewhat dry. Thoughts on the product: ✨ Regular jar with a screw lid and spatula included. ✨ Plenty of serum. ✨ Quite thick patches, initially hard to determine if you have taken double patches. ✨ A bit tricky to pry up. Usage: 💥 I store these in the fridge for a little extra oomph. 💥 Personally, I prefer to have the "thick" side facing the nose. 💥 I apply these on completely dry skin, so no skincare beforehand. (I don't want them to lose grip due to underlying skincare) 💥 Stays put like a charm, doesn't slide around at all. 💥 No tingling, itching, or other discomfort. The result: 👍 I think they give me a fresher look. 🤏 I can't completely magic away the bags, but we make good progress. 🙏 Summary: Incredibly luxurious patches that I wish I could use every morning for the rest of my life, but that's where my wallet says stop. But having really good patches at home, I think everyone should have to pamper their skin a few times a week. There is actually a difference between cheap and expensive patches, I must say, and I would recommend these any day of the week, especially to you with mature and/or sensitive skin. Nice but it’s not enough
I am 44 years old and have fine lines and "crow's feet", get a little dark under the eyes and a bit glowy/puffy when I’m tired. I have been tasked (Lyko Influtester) to test these eye patches from Verso skincare (Thank you Lyko and Verso! 🫶🏼). The jar is plastic and typical "Verso-style", which I think is super stylish! Very sleek and professional looking. In the jar, there is a lid over the patches and a small spatula to pick them up with so you don’t have to stick your fingers in the jar. There is plenty of serum in the jar, and the first patches are so slippery that they drip and slide down my cheek all the time, but I’d rather that than the contents being dry! The patches are quite thin and sometimes hard to get one at a time (they tend to stick together), but practice makes perfect ✨. I’m not so fond of the "tip" that many have on eye patches as it wants to poke me in the eye if I place the rest how I want it, but you can cut it off if you want. The effect then. Yes... I have tested these several times a week for four weeks, and I don’t notice any direct difference, either in the short or long term. I store them in the fridge, and the feeling is lovely on the skin, but more than that and a little hydration unfortunately doesn’t occur for me. I can add that I don’t notice any direct difference with X-lash patches either (which most rank as some of the best), so eye patches may not be for me... or I’m just very honest and without placebo expectations 😬. I don’t doubt that there are good things in this serum; I have great confidence in Verso skincare as a serious and forward-thinking company. But this product is not for me. There are significantly cheaper products I’ve tested that provide a similar feeling and results. A luxurious treat
I think these eye patches are really nice to use, they feel cooling and hydrating right when you put them on, and the area under the eyes feels softer and more refreshed afterwards. They give a more awake impression, especially after a stressful day or a bit too little sleep. I love that they are milky and stay in place. Personally, I love eye patches and have used many different types from various brands. But for me, they have always been a "treat". They are not a miracle product or a must-have product, but pure luxury. And these are luxurious, no doubt. Super nice effect but doesn't sit well on me
I have a very easy time getting swollen around the eyes, and with the slightest bit of tiredness, I get proper dark circles. I haven't found any eye patches that I'm completely sold on, so I was sooooo eager to try these Energizing Eye Patches from Verso. Thank you so much for this opportunity, Verso and Lyko! 🥰 I've been using these eye patches regularly (about every other day) for about 4 weeks. The positives: - Nice, luxurious packaging! - Incredibly generous amount of serum! - Cooling feel: I've tested both having them in the fridge and without. It definitely gets better after they've been stored in the fridge, but I tend to forget about them if they're lying there. - Effect: Nice result! Brighter eyes with more glow and reduces swelling. The dark circles decrease a bit, I might have wished for a slightly stronger effect there. The negatives: - They are quite thin and a bit flimsy, which means they don't sit firmly on me but slide directly down onto my cheek. I have to constantly adjust them, or just lie flat still during the working time (which there is rarely time for 😅). - I'm not a huge fan of the “pointy” side, it feels like I'm going to get poked in the eye. I know you can try to flip them over, but then they actually slid down even more. Therefore, I prefer more rounded sides (and preferably not such a deep curve on the patch, if one wants to be super picky). I am definitely satisfied with the result (both the immediate effect and the long-term result), but the shape and thickness of the patch unfortunately pull down the overall rating. Cooling Effect
I have as #lykoinflutester tried out a few different products from #versoskincare. My skin around the eyes can be dry. I also have genetic bags under my eyes and sometimes a bit of extra puffiness. I have stored these in the fridge for a little extra coolness under the eyes 🧊 In the sleek packaging, there is an extra lid where the accompanying spatula is stored, the lid can sometimes be a bit hard to open. These patches are in a generous amount of serum that drips when you pick them up. They stay where I place them, but I just have a bit of trouble with the fit. I feel a cooling and moisturizing effect from these during use. However, I can sometimes rub off "crumbs" around my eyes afterward. Uplifting favorite!
I, who have tested for 37 years and have dry skin, which needs a little extra love especially during the colder months. I also have psoriasis (though not on my face) and allergies to some preservatives, so I am quite sensitive. I work nights and have small children, so I always suffer a bit from sleep deprivation. I am "naturally" a bit dark under the eyes, and that combination makes me always feel like I look a bit tired. That’s why I always have a jar of eye patches (and a bunch of sheet masks) in the fridge! These have thus had to work hard during the testing period, and I have used them as a little uplifting pick-me-up several times a week. The amount of serum is very generous, which is lovely, but it makes it a bit difficult to take the patches out of the jar and they tend to slide down a bit on the face. However, that might also be because I have a hard time just sitting still and masking 😅 The effect on me is more hydrated and a little less puffy skin under the eyes. However, there is no longer-lasting effect, but more of a quick fix when I am a bit extra tired and dull. I have been assigned to test this product as #lykoinflutester 😊 My skin: B7oily B7sensitive B7redness B7rosacea My thoughts: I have never tried anything from Versoskincare before, so I was incredibly excited to test their products. 😊 Very sleek packaging, the product was on the luxurious side. They were super comfortable, I always keep my eyepatches in the fridge, so they were cooling. They slid down in the first 10 minutes, I can imagine it’s because they initially have too much serum, and once the serum has absorbed into the skin, they stay in place. I thought it was super interesting and cool that the color of the eyepatches changed from the beginning to the end, they became almost completely invisible by the end.😊 Now, I don’t have dark circles under my eyes, puffiness, or signs of fatigue, so I don’t know if these eyepatches help with that, but I really liked these, so I will definitely use them all. Then I’ll see if I buy these again, but I will buy them on sale then. Finally, the year's first Lykoinflutester! This is so crazy fun, but this time I got to test the Verso eye patches. Incredibly luxurious with so much product, they don't skimp on serum here. The packaging is Sleek Simple Simple plastic use is the content you want, not the outside. Besides this, it's not something you might just buy for everyday use since it's a bit pricier, but if you want to treat yourself, this is the product for you! But it should help with bags, fine lines, and puffy eyes. I don't have much of that, but it feels very refreshing to have them on, I keep them in the fridge for a more cooling effect. Luxurious and moisturizing 😇
This is the last of three reviews for Verso's various skincare products. These eye patches are stored in an elegant plastic case with an extra lid inside and a spatula to simplify the retrieval of the products. It is also more hygienic, so a plus for that. 👍 However, it is quite "fiddly" as the serum makes it hard to grab just one, but it's probably a matter of getting used to. 😅😇 My skin is a typical combination skin that is also mature with darker circles around the eyes. This season makes the skin extra dry, and I spend a lot of time outdoors, so my face gets really "windblown". I am more tired than usual, so this old lady really needs an extra boost to remedy this. 😁😎 So what does the product do according to the promised results? ✅ Reduces puffiness and dark circles. ✅ Strengthens and moisturizes the skin. ✅ Softens and soothes. ✅ Refreshes tired skin. The product itself provides amazing hydration, and they are incredibly nice and cooling! 😍 Feel free to store the jar in the fridge for even better results and feeling. I let them sit on for about 30 minutes. You definitely feel more awake and refreshed, the skin feels softer, and any puffiness decreases a bit. 👍 The dark circles I will probably have to live with for the rest of my life though. Expensive but super good!
I have tried the Verso Energizing Eye Patches and am very satisfied with the result! 💙 The patches feel cooling and nice as soon as you place them under your eyes. I stored them in the fridge, and it gave an extra "wow feeling" ❄️✨ Perfect in the morning when you feel tired. After use, the skin feels soft, hydrated, calm, and fresh. I also think the swelling under the eyes decreases and the area looks more awake 👀✨ I also found the application easy, but it might be good not to do other things at the same time as they can easily fall off. Luxurious!
This is luxury in a jar, period. Already when you unscrew the lid, you are met with a lot of serum – not stingily dripped, but very generously! The jar is plastic, but the design is simple and sleek. The accompanying spatula is a helping hand when separating the patches as they tend to stick together. And my eyes then? I have no major crow's feet, no noticeable bags, and no defined dark circles. That said: these patches give a fresh, awake feeling and the skin feels hydrated and smooth afterwards. The fit, however… They are somewhat tricky. The tip – should it be in towards the nose or out towards the temple? There is no obvious answer, and it almost feels like a test of patience the first few times. Nothing is "wrong", but also nothing is completely right. When they do sit, they sit well 👍 Are they worth the money? Both yes and no. For the feeling - for the amount of serum - for the experience. ✨ First impression Clean and nice jar, the patches are really soaked with product - I love!! 😍 However, they were a bit slippery to handle and I didn't like the fit. But I actually tend to cut the tip off even on others I've tried, so it wasn't a big deal for me. 🏵️ My thoughts, preferences, and experiences I've been using eye cream since I was 18 because I easily feel dark under my eyes, especially when my sleep isn't on point! I sometimes use eye masks and really appreciate them ✨ I like the cooling feeling and that there's a lot of product! I think they brighten up and give a nice and lovely result! What I don't like is that they slipped (which might not be so strange since they were soaked in product) and the fit didn't feel super great either. Use:
