✨ Face Formula Blue Serum ✨
Received this product as #lykotestpilot in exchange for an honest review, as a reference I have sensitive combination skin. 📦 First impression A frosted glass bottle that clearly represents the brand’s background – Scandinavia’s raw nature. The glass bottle gives a luxurious feel, the dropper dispenses the perfect amount, and the bottle does not leak. The consistency is a watery blue gel. The scent, however, is the same as the 2-in-1 cleansing milk... kind of a musty/moldy type? 💄 Usage You should use a few drops of this after cleansing. A few drops per area for me was about 1.5 pumps. Applied to the face and décolleté, both morning and evening every day for about 2-3 weeks. 👍 Pros 💚 Long-lasting 💚 Moisturizes super well and shows clear results 💚 Works great for sensitive skin 👎 Cons ❤️🩹 The smell ❤️🩹 High price 💭 Conclusion This was truly a great product and I would definitely buy it again, though the price is a bit steep and I might have other serums I prefer for a cheaper price. Luxury in 🫙💯
Got the opportunity as #testpilot to test the blue serum. To really give the product a chance, I swapped out my usual serum for this one. It’s a really good serum that absorbs super fast and feels light on the skin. Perfect if you don’t like serums that feel sticky or sit on top of the skin. The skin also feels hydrated and boosted after application. Good but expensive
I have had the honor of testing this along with 2 other products from face formula like #lykotestpilot for a couple of weeks, and I can already see some difference in how my skin feels😄. Pictures 2 and 3 are my skin before and after 3 weeks of use🫶 I have oily skin with a lot of redness and easily get pimples if I use the wrong products, but thankfully this worked without any problems☺️. It has a gel-like consistency and a smart dropper that I really liked. During use, I noticed that my pores became visibly smaller on my cheeks and that my redness decreased somewhat😍. It is very moisturizing, so when I used it together with a cream it became too heavy and I got pimples. On its own, however, it worked well. Positive: ✅️Visibly reduced pore size😍 ✅️Reduced redness🫶 ✅️Absorbs quickly✨️ ✅️Feels moisturizing🫧 Negative: ❌️Becomes too much for my skin if used together with a cream ❌️Expensive💸 Overall it works well but the price pulls it down a bit. This serum gives a really luxurious first impression 🩵 I love the deep blue color and the frosted and transparent glass bottle ❄️ I also really like that you press a kind of button on the top to get the product out, all other serums I've used have had a dropper that you squeeze! Small joys in everyday life 😆 The serum has an almost gel-like consistency but still absorbs quickly into the skin. I have skin that can be both sensitive and red, and I find the serum soothing while the skin feels hydrated and soft. Face Formula Blue Serum
As a Lyko influencer tester, I got to try some skincare from Face Formula!😍 My first impression of Face Formula Blue Serum was that it felt like a really luxurious product. I really like the matte glass packaging that gives an exclusive impression. The serum has a light texture and feels very pleasant on the skin 💙 I use the serum after my regular cleansing and before moisturizer. The serum absorbs quickly into the skin and doesn’t feel heavy or sticky. I also think the product is economical and therefore lasts a long time. The scent is a bit special though and took some time to get used to. I use serum every day and have therefore tested quite a few different serums before. I think it’s important that a serum feels light on the skin while providing plenty of hydration. That’s why it was extra fun to try this product, especially since it’s a bit more expensive than the ones I usually use. After using the serum regularly, I really feel that my skin is more hydrated, softer, and has a nicer glow. I actually think I see clear results, which means I would definitely consider buying the product again. The only thing that makes me hesitate is the price, as it’s quite high. At the same time, I understand the price better when I see the results and how economical the serum is. Lovely serum!
As a #testpilot for #faceformula, I got to try Blue Serum, and it was really exciting to try a serum I've heard so many good things about! 💙 And oh, that blue color 😍 How lovely is it?! I really think it makes the serum feel extra luxurious in the skincare routine. I've also heard great things about copper peptides in skincare, so it was extra fun to try a serum that contains exactly copper peptides. The serum has a light and pleasant texture that feels comfortable on the skin and absorbs nicely without leaving a heavy or sticky feeling. I feel my skin is soft, hydrated, and a bit more plumped after use, which I really appreciate! Blue Serum
I have been so lucky to test some products from Face Formula as a Lyko Testpilot! I have never tried blue serum before, but I became very interested when I read about the product before receiving it in the mail. The serum is inspired by Scandinavian nature and contains copper peptides that are supposed to stimulate skin regeneration and collagen production, Snow Mushroom which binds moisture deeply and gives a more elastic skin surface, while malachite (a green copper mineral) provides antioxidant protection and supports the skin's ability to counteract oxidative stress. The bottle itself is very beautiful – a transparent glass bottle with blue serum and a simple dropper that works excellently. Very simple dosing mechanism where you just press the top of the cap to pick up serum, and it is easily applied to the skin. For me, one dose is enough for the whole face, as it is easy to spread over the skin and absorbs quickly. It feels soft and pleasant on the skin. I don't think it smells much, and the blue serum disappears quickly after application. It feels quite economical to use because you need so little at a time. I often have some redness in my skin, and I think it has improved since I started using this serum, and the skin has cleared up a bit and looks calmer. Would I buy it again? I'm unsure. The product is good, but the price is very steep for only 30 ml. At this price, there are many other good products with more research-based results. I am very grateful to have been able to test it, and I liked the consistency and appearance, but I am unsure if it is worth the price. I am also unsure if the combination with vitamin C and retinol is good together with copper peptides, as it is generally advised not to combine them in the same routine. I have used Blue serum with vitamin C in the morning and retinol in the evening during the test period, and I can't see that Face Formula has any recommendations regarding this, but when I read a bit closer, I find that it is generally recommended to use copper peptides at different times than retinol, vitamin C, and AHA. Since I use retinol and vitamin C every day, I will prioritize these over copper peptides. Good serum, but would like to test it longer
I am 41 years old and have sensitive skin with rosacea. I have used Blue Serum regularly during the test period, both alone and together with the rest of my skincare routine and under makeup. The serum has a fairly thin consistency that is a mix of gel and water. It can feel a bit sticky right after application, but this disappears very quickly, and the skin feels soft afterwards. I also find that it provides good moisture. During the day, I have actually been able to go straight on with sunscreen without feeling the need for a separate moisturizer in between. I have sensitive skin with rosacea, but I have not experienced stinging, heat, itching, or increased redness from the serum. It has also worked very well with other products and under makeup. I have not noticed any extra pilling or that makeup sits differently than with other serums I have used. I think the skin gets a bit of extra glow, especially on the forehead and temples, and it feels soft and well hydrated. At the same time, I have not experienced any big "wow effect" or clear difference in the skin compared to other good moisturizing serums I have used. The only thing I really don’t like is the dropper. Every time I use it, I get a large air bubble in the dropper, no matter how I try to fill it. This can also be seen in the video the first time I open the product. I get out the product I need, so it doesn’t affect the serum itself, but it’s annoying to use because it makes dosing more difficult. I would like to test Blue Serum over a longer period before commenting on more long-term results. After this test period, I can primarily say that it has been a pleasant, moisturizing serum that my skin has tolerated very well. Would I buy it again? I got to test this serum as #lykotestpilot I chose to let my mom test it because she deserves some good and proper skincare☺️💙 Mom says the serum has a light, yet rich and lovely texture. It’s easy to apply and absorbs nicely into the skin without feeling heavy or sticky. She says her skin feels soft, light, and comfortable afterwards. She definitely notices a difference that her skin looks healthier and fresher already after 2 weeks. Lovely serum for moisture and glow!
I had the opportunity to test Face Formula Blue Serum, and I am very pleased with the result! I have a combination skin type, and the serum feels light and comfortable on the skin without feeling heavy. What I like best is how soft and hydrated the skin feels after application. The skin gets a nice glow and looks fresher, while the serum absorbs quickly. I also find that the skin feels more balanced and comfortable throughout the day. The serum has a lovely texture and is easy to use in the morning and evening routine. A small amount is enough for the whole face, so it lasts quite a while. After using it for a while, I think my skin feels softer, more hydrated, and has a nicer glow. The only small downside is the price, as I think the serum is on the pricier side. At the same time, I think the quality and feel on the skin definitely make it worth trying.
