What even is this product? I've never had such tangled hair as after this conditioner. It's like steel wool???? If the hair is soft and nice beforehand, it becomes ruined the moment I put it in my hair!! This can't be okay to sell as a conditioner? Unfortunately a real disappointment. The hair was so tangled and dry after washing. It got a little better after blow-drying but I'm very dissatisfied as it was supposed to give volume. It does smell really good though :)231 views - The post was made 1 month

Lyko, how can this product have an average of 4.8 when there are only three votes cast, of which one gave 5 stars and two gave 1 star? Then the average would be 2.33. I have found several similar cases where the number of votes and points do not match the average stated.
