Covering and velvety
I received this product as a gift. I have tested this concealer in the shade 2C. I would have chosen a lighter tone myself, as I like a concealer that is lighter. However, it is easy to work in and blend, so the result is good. I have tried many concealers for the dark circles I have under my eyes, and I find that many either brighten or cover, but not both. However, this concealer does both. Very good coverage, which does make it a bit slow/thick in consistency. If you dampen your finger a bit during application, it is easier to even out. Stays very well and dries quickly and easily (doesn't need to have e.g. powder on to set). This concealer is a favorite! It covers dark circles well without looking cakey and lasts all day. I like that it feels light on the skin and gives a natural result. A new favorite
I have found a new favorite concealer that has a natural coverage, moisturizes but leaves it matte without settling into fine lines. I always set it with a little powder. It holds up all day without any problems. It’s easy to build up, you get medium to full coverage depending on how much you apply. Nice Concealer 👌🏻
I tried out the Double Wear concealer recently and I’m impressed with how well it holds up. It has a good coverage without looking heavy, and it doesn’t crease much during the day. Dream concealer, amazing
The Double Wear Concealer is everything I love about the DW foundation but in a more versatile form — it covers flawlessly, feels elastic in texture, and can be stretched across larger areas without ever looking patchy. It works beautifully under the eyes without creasing, and the shade 2N is perfect for fair, light-olive skin. A little goes a long way, the tube lasts ages, and it gives that smooth, almost “photoshopped” effect. Definitely my favorite concealer, even better than Dior Backstage. Good product
Double Wear Stay-In-Place Concealer is supposed to be a high-performing concealer with medium to full coverage. Something I personally think it lives up to. It is light in formula which makes it pretty easy for me to work with. It covered redness, dark circles, and blemishes without any problems. I preferred to work with a brush, but found that a sponge worked just as well. Despite being very oily in certain areas of my face, I found the concealer to be a bit dry, though not so dry that it looked bad. More that I felt dry in my face from it. I have the shade 1N which I unfortunately found to be a bit too dark for my skin tone, as I am very pale. Overall a good concealer but not my new favorite. Top Notch
This concealer is top notch! I don't always use concealer because I find it can easily give a cakey feeling and often settles into fine lines, but this one met the criteria of sinking in easily and laying down a nice finish! New favorite!
When I tried this for the first time, I immediately wondered why I hadn't bought it before? Lucky that I got it as a gift! I love double wear foundation but hadn't thought about the concealer. But wow, how good it is! It feels light even though it perfectly covers dark circles. It also becomes matte without feeling dry at all, and it can even be applied thinly if you want a more natural look without foundation. It blends so nicely into the skin and is really easy to work with. The applicator thing is also very nice. High coverage and dries matte
I am incredibly impressed with this concealer. It has high coverage and covers my dark circles, pimples, and scars without any problems. It dries matte, and therefore I have made sure to have properly moisturized skin so that it doesn't cling to my dry areas. When I use it under my eyes, I set it with a bit of loose powder, which gives a beautiful result. Additionally, it contains 12ml and you need very little product.
