Maybelline Cloudtopia Cheek & Lip Mousse x Smartson
8 Enchanted Mauve looks cool-neutral rosy pink on my fair skin 💗. Very pigmented but easy to apply evenly and blend out on the cheeks. Best application when I put the product on the back of my hand and pick it up from there with a firmer brush (like for liquid products), then dab it onto the cheeks. Really nice. Matte finish. A bit nostalgic too, the mousse reminds me of mousse foundation I used before. Creamy and fluffy soft ☁️. Stays well with powder and setting spray, but has melted away a bit patchy after 5 hours. Scent: No perfume but smells lightly like the pigments I use for art (not strong or disturbing, I don’t notice the scent on the skin). 🎨 Lips / eyes: Didn’t like this on the lips. Feels more like a light tint (not fully covering), drier finish and it settles a bit unevenly there / pigment sticks to dry flakes. Wear: after 2.5 hours + food and drink, lips still have a slight pink tone, but as eyeshadow almost gone and has settled into creases. A versatile mousse that gives the perfect glow!
I had the honor of testing Cloudtopia Cheek and Lip Mousse in the shade 8 Enchanted Mauve, and it’s a product that really surprised me positively. The color matched my skin tone very well. The shade is a soft, light pink tone that gives a natural rosy result without feeling overdone in any way. The formula The formula is easy to work with and melts nicely into the skin, making application both quick and easy. Another significant advantage, I would really say, is the product’s “economy.” Just a small amount on the face is enough to achieve a nice result, and it’s also very easy to build up the intensity for those who want or desire more color and definition. An incredibly practical product I also appreciate how versatile it is, as it works just as well on my cheeks as on my lips, making it very practical to carry in my bag, and it takes up so little space! The result The result feels fresh and natural, with a nice glow that stays beautiful throughout the day. It has become a staple product in my daily makeup routine, and it’s a product I will definitely repurchase when it runs out. In summary, it’s a very successful product that manages to combine easy application, beautiful color rendering, and good buildability. It’s truly a product I wholeheartedly recommend. Lots of pigment
A little too dark color for my cheeks, but it stayed well and was easy to apply. On the lips, the color worked better for me and it stayed okay. It looked nice on both cheeks and lips, and I will use it again on my lips. in the shade Enchanted Mauve and I really like it. It is very easy to work with and blends nicely into the skin, which makes the result look natural and soft.
