Is it worth the price?
🥰If there's something I think you should have a little stock of at home, it's sheet masks. The skin gets an extra dose of love and a real kick for well-being. That's why I thought it was a bit extra fun to get to try this mask from Verso. 🙋My skin: - On the dry side, older, and has seen its best days, if we put it that way. So, on paper, it would fit me like a glove since it is particularly good for "dry, sensitive, mature, and tired skin" – and that's me 😉 🫴About the product: A solid mask that doesn't feel flimsy at all. You can feel that the mask is of good quality, as it is a bit "thicker" than cheap masks, and the fact that it is two-part makes the experience feel a bit more luxurious. Thanks to being two-part, it also gets a better fit. Plenty of serum. Also super easy to remove the protective film, which I appreciate a lot. A bit of a must for me if it's going to lead to a repurchase 🙏 🫰The result: Since I stored my mask in the fridge, it is really cooling. I had it on for about 40 minutes, and I felt no discomfort like tingling or anything. Very pleasant, and it stayed in place. It felt like my skin was slurping up the serum, and my skin feels soft, lovely, and hydrated afterward. 💵Is it then worth its high price? Hard to answer. Pretty okay but there are better ones
I like how this mask feels on the skin, it’s cooling and hydrating right when you put it on, and the skin feels softer and more hydrated afterwards. It’s a two-part hydrogel mask with a good fit while staying in place without sliding around. The result was a nice glow and the feeling of hydration lasted long after. I left it on for about 1.5 hours for maximum effect, which made it more transparent. Nice immediate effect of the mask if you want a quick refresh. I’ve been tasked with testing 3 skincare products. I’ve wanted to try Verso for a long time. All 3 products are just as fantastic as I thought. Luxurious, lovely face mask. Put it in the fridge for an extra cooling sensation. Feels wonderfully cooling. Cleanse the face first. Easy to apply. Let it sit for about 20-30 minutes. Good hydration mask
As #LYKOINFLUTESTER I got to try this sheet mask. I’m in my late 30s and my skin is combination. Certain areas need more hydration specifically during winter. I have tried other products from the brand but not their masks. The packaging is very on brand. Simple and sleek. The mask itself comes in 2 parts. And it’s a hydro mask but not that flimsy gelly kind but it has a woven fabric in one side(very thin) which makes it feel stronger and it sits very well. I had it on around 30 mins. It’s moist enough without it dripping or sliding around. And as mentioned it sits very well and the cutouts were perfect for me. Skin feels very plumped and glowy afterward. And felt very soothing as it doesn’t itch or tingle. Of course for long term effects it needs to be used often but felt good for the first experience. Luxury for Special Occasions
contains preservatives, so it is quite sensitive. I am a big fan of sheet masks and always have a bunch in the fridge. Most often, I use one when I come home after working a few night shifts and want to freshen up a bit. This was tested after I had worked three nights in a row, slept a few hours during the day, and was going out to party. So it’s the three night shifts in a row in January that make me look like a wreck, and it’s a perfect opportunity for a little hard testing? The first impression is that the mask is sturdy and not so flimsy. It is generously soaked with serum and is two-part, which I think makes masks sit better on my face. However, I wish it was a little "higher" on the forehead, because as you can see in the video, I have a couple of centimeters left there that are not covered by the mask. I also can’t pull it up higher because then it would end up in my eyes. Otherwise, the fit is good, and I don’t feel like it slides away on my face. I experience no irritation during use, and I feel that my skin feels more hydrated (and longer than when I only use my regular skincare). Pros and cons of the product: Sturdy 2-part mask with a premium feel Generous amount of serum! Moisturizing mask that gives a nice glow 👌🏻
I love face masks in all their forms, and I was really looking forward to trying this hydrogel mask from Verso. The first impression was very positive! - The mask felt nice and cooling throughout the entire usage time - even though I hadn't had it in the fridge beforehand. - It doesn't slide around at all, it's not flimsy, and it stays firmly in place. This despite being soaked in serum. I suspect it's because it's both two-part and a bit thicker in material. I really liked that, big thumbs up! 👌🏻 But then, after about 10-15 minutes, it started to sting quite a bit, which made me take off the mask earlier than I had planned. I was a bit surprised by the reaction, my skin is usually very tolerant and rarely reacts. It was really no big deal, it got a little red, slightly swollen, and tingly on the cheek and down towards the chin (picture 3), which went away quite quickly. Maybe just a poorly timed bad skin day, but it felt a bit disappointing, I was so pumped for this! The result was still well approved, despite a relatively short working time. My skin got extra glow and felt very moisturized, soft, and smooth long afterward. Good but expensive!
A very beautiful and cooling hydrogel mask that provides good moisture and soothes the skin 💧❄️ After use, the skin feels soft and rehydrated. Unfortunately, I think the price is quite high 💸 in relation to how often you use the mask. The effect is good, but not so unique that it fully justifies the price. Had hoped for more hydration
I have, as a #lykoinflutester, gotten to try a few different products from #versoskincare. My skin in winter is normal with signs of dryness. It can sometimes be on the more sensitive side. I stored my face mask in the fridge for a bit of a cooling feel. Before application, I had used an exfoliating face mask which gives a feeling of needing to add extra moisture, which this mask promises 💦 The first thing I notice upon opening the packaging is that I have a hard time finding the mask itself as it is two-part and contains several extra "plastic shields" which creates a bit of a mess 😬 Once I finally got the mask on, it seems to be a bit torn around the nose. There was also a lot of "extra" mask in that area which I chose to cut away. Then the lower part slid over my mouth during the entire treatment time. Unfortunately, I also experienced that it itched. The mask for the occasions when you want to shine! The Verso Hydro Soothing Mask is an advanced hydrogel mask with intensely moisturizing and visibly soothing properties. This one was also absolutely fantastic and extra good for dry and mature skin. This is supposed to provide lots of moisture, so the natural moisture that exists in the skin helps to maintain it for a longer time. Unfortunately, the package had a battle with my packaging, so everything was completely smashed and broken. So you can see at the nose, it was almost completely gone. But what a mask! The packaging sleek you know it's from Verso because of the appearance of the packaging a bit more expensive but great result! I, who am dry and need all the help I can get during winter, found this to be really good! It moisturizes so nicely and under makeup, the result was fantastic! I have been assigned as #lykoinflutester to test this product 😊 My skin: oily sensitive redness rosacea My thoughts: I have never tried anything from @Versoskincare before, so I was incredibly excited to test their products. Really Hydrating 😇
I had the pleasure of testing the Verso Hydro Soothing face mask along with two other face and eye products. The others will be reviewed separately. 😇 The face mask is a so-called hydrogel mask that hydrates deeply and provides soothing properties. Its ingredients (including brown algae and Ceramide NP) are supposed to strengthen the skin barrier and improve moisture balance and skin renewal. Results promised are: ✅ Deeply hydrating ✅ Soothing and strengthening ✅ Protects against external stress ✅ Increased elasticity and radiance My skin is a typical combination skin with an oily T-zone and drier areas otherwise. I have mature skin with both wrinkles, fine lines, and pigmentation. This time of year, I am drier and in need of more hydration. The packaging is sleek and elegant. A bit into the video, you can see that it takes time to get the two-part mask with its different protective layers in order. It is a bit too big for me at the top, especially over the nose. 😅🙈😇 The feeling upon application is absolutely wonderful! So cooling, nice, and much needed this time of year! 😍❄️ Store it in the fridge for extra cooling. The mask was left on for about 30 minutes, and I took the opportunity to use the serum that was left in the packaging for my neck. It really hydrates deeply and feels very luxurious. It definitely soothes the skin, but some protection against external stress is hard to prove when you only test the mask once. I do experience some elasticity and radiance, maybe I can't expect a bigger miracle with my mature wind-tossed skin? 😅🙈😁 I spend a lot of time outdoors as a dog owner, hunter, and rider, so I will definitely repeat this, maybe not with this particular mask as it is very expensive. Use:
Apply to clean, dry skin. Open the sachet and remove the thin protective film. Place both parts of the hydrogel mask evenly onto the face, avoiding the eyes and lips. Then peel off the thicker protective film and leave the mask on for 20–30 minutes. Remove and gently massage any remaining serum into the skin until fully absorbed. No need to rinse.
Store in the fridge before use for an extra refreshing, hydrating, and calming effect. Ideal as a pre-event treatment or a weekly moisture boost to maintain healthy-looking radiance. Use 1–2 times a week for best results.
