Liquid microneedling… Dare to try!
I got so excited to try these new products from Isntree and have now used their “Onion newpair booster shot” as well as “Plum peptide booster shot” for 1 month. Previously, we found similar variants from the brand VT Cosmetics, so it’s fun that the market for this category of serums has gained more competitors! Both of these serums from Instree contain so-called spicules from red onion and plum respectively. Spicules are microscopic, needle-like particles that have properties simply explained as similar to liquid microneedling. In skincare context, they act as delivery systems for active ingredients by these microscopic particles penetrating the skin’s outermost layer and creating small micropunctures that facilitate penetration of subsequent products. Whether these spicules are felt on the skin is individual and often a matter of getting used to. Personally, I hardly feel the application on my skin, while others experience a slight tingling/burning sensation that quickly subsides. Onion newpair booster is designed to reduce the visibility of pores, unevenness, and redness, while Plum peptide booster focuses on increasing elasticity, firmness, and providing moisture. Both have so far given me the same result – smoother texture and increased radiance. After use, the skin feels supple and plumped, and I also feel that periods of breakouts have felt calmer. Haven't tried it before, so it will be fun. 🎀A Zinc PCA serum from #qanda, curious to try that ingredient on my oily skin to see if it can regulate the oil a bit. I've read it can work. 🎀A leave-in conditioner from #heartforheart, needed one and this one was on sale. 🎀Sunscreen from #cosrx that I've never tried but heard a lot of good things about. 🎀A face cream from #isntree with extract from red onion if I remember correctly, supposed to help even out acne scars. It was 73% off! 🎀A toner from #cosrx that was on sale and now can no longer be tagged. 🎀5 PDRN sheet masks from #cosrx that also can’t be tagged, seems like they were only available for a very short time. 🎀My favorite foundation from #lumene which was also on discount.
