It was really just recently that I posted empties last time, but as I mentioned then, I had many more that would soon be finished. So now I have to post a new one again. I'm going to Ullared this weekend, so I want to reduce everything I can before then. Glow - nice peach scent and during this summer/fall it has kept my legs unusually nice, and if I just moisturized, I have rarely been really dry. This also came in a lovable box and is not sold on Lyko as a single product. Body scrub - I prefer one of their other scents. This one suits those of you who want a fragrance-free variant. Lyko shower gel, thought it was good at first but in the end it foams poorly and you have to work more for it... or use it to shave as some have recommended. Also got tired of the scent, too sweet for me but it comes in more scents, choose one of the others – they are better. Saborino - these came in a lovable box and I liked them. 1-minute mask is perfect. You always have time for it. Milk - this was not a favorite. Must be shaken well otherwise it became grainy and when shaken well I thought it got a bit sticky, almost oily and often made my mascara smudge more even though I usually use waterproof or under. Morphe - setting powder, this is really good but you probably prefer a bit more matte than glow. Dr.Ceuracle - a good ampoule and I preferred this over their PDRN but still feel like I want to try another one now. First of all, Carolina Herrera’s original Good Girl is a classic in my fragrance wardrobe! A scent I have loved for a long time, and that fits so well as an evening scent. So I was really excited to test “Good Girl Blush” 🩷 First impression of the bottle is that it’s just as unique and elegant as the original, a stiletto heel 👠 At the first spray on the skin, I immediately notice that this is a very concentrated, floral, and strong scent. The first notes I smell are definitely bergamot and almond. Before it develops into a beautiful bouquet of flowers with peony and ylang-ylang. The base of vanilla and coumarin gives a creamy and soft base, which makes the scent not too heavy. I really love the combination of the scent notes in this one 😍 This is 100% a feminine and elegant scent. And feels a bit softer and more floral than the original Good Girl. I think it fits perfectly for spring and summer, but also works well for everyday use the rest of the year. (While the original Good Girl is more of an evening scent in my eyes). It’s sweet in a sophisticated way, and leaves a powdery and soft scent when it has dried down ☁️ The longevity is very good. The scent stays on the skin all day! But beware, you only need max 2 sprays of this, otherwise it can become a bit too intense both for myself and others who enter the room. Which is actually fine, so you have the perfume for a long time 👏🏻 If you prefer very deep, oriental, or spicy perfumes, Good Girl Blush might feel a bit soft. It has such a balance that it’s fresh, powerful, and a little bit sweet with the vanilla, and it has simply become a clear favorite!! Probably because I find it hard to put words to scents. But i will do my best! ✊ The bottle's appearance has almost become iconic. How long has the scent been around? 5 years? I don't think it's 10 years anyway. I think no one can have missed the high heel. Not me anyway. And it comes in several variants. Blue and some darker red-pink. And I think I don't like the bottle's appearance that much. I don't love it. And I don't hate it. But I don't really have any knowledge of Carolina Herrera's scents. I got a small one in an advent calendar about 2.5 years ago. But only tested it about half a year ago. But I was unsure if the scent had changed/gotten old. But no. Now that I took it out to test, it smells the same. I didn't want to read the description of the scent before I decided what I thought, so as not to be influenced. As I said: hard to describe a perfume. It is super feminine. I would describe it as powdery/soapy and very elegant. It is not heavy. Which is good, since I don't like heavy scents. I don't experience it smelling different from application to later. Which some scents do. It has quite good longevity on the body, since it's an EDP. However, there is something about it that makes it not a favorite for me. And I read the text just now. And I think it's the citrus! And that's probably what I feel is most prominent. Which actually makes the scent a fresh scent. It's just not "for me." It is also described as floral. I can't describe that I smell any direct flowers. 🤔 But it's also common/normal to experience scents differently. And how a perfume then smells on the body. And like with the bottle's appearance, I feel the same about the scent: I don't love it. I couldn’t afford to put THIS one IN the cabinet, but had to nicely have it as decoration on a table :) Are you looking for a perfume that lasts all day, and even longer? Then you can read a bit here. If you also like scents that are maybe a bit lighter than many eau de parfums can be, that smell sweet and summery, then you’ve come to the right place! This scent here, I can only remember having smelled once before: Summer in Sweden, year 1999, when all the ladies were freshly showered, and the lovely scent of all body soaps, creams, perfumes mixed together, and it smelled like SUMMER! The scent lasted both through the day and into the next day, so here you don’t have to spray all over your body just to maybe smell it for a little while.
